I was driving on the high way when I saw a speeding van with no turn signal, cutting off cars (tailgating people when they weren't going as fast as she was), and doing brake checks while on a highway with cars going 70 miles per hour. She almost caused a collision when she didn't look her next to her and she was a few inches away from ramming into us!!! She had no turn signal. I recorded her on my phone for a few miles till she took an exit. Come to find out this was a van from this company called AA&D. I called the number from the van and the woman who answered seemed uninterested and even defended her. No one needs to be driving that fast. Especially when you're a school van?? I wouldn't want my kids on her car or any of these vehicles from this business. When I asked to speak to the manager she refused transfer me to the manager. I asked where I can reach him or her at and she refused. I called the main office and they said they would look into it and it was unacceptable. Do they run background checks on drivers? Because Dodge Grand Caravan 3008 License plate DDP 5936 should be fired!! I have proof in my phone and my dash camera. Weaving in and out through traffic. Ridiculous.
Most unreliable company every. Do not trust your child. My daughter has missed more than 5 days of school behind the bus driver not picking her up. She has been in a car accident and they didn’t even have the nerve to notify me or give me a police report till I got wake county transportation involved. After today and this bring incident #7 I have to contact the superintendent because the fact that they get paid by wake county but are not qualified or organized and just flat out rude. They picked up my daughter at daycare to take her to school even though I already talked to someone and told them not to because we were headed out of town, but the kicker is they left her at school and didn’t bring her back. The teacher called me after 4pm and said she had to leave and no one came to get her. I called aa&d and they told me I had to go and get her. And asked me why she was there? I said because Your bus driver picked her up and no one came back to get her. I cannot believe they are even allowed to run a business.
This is by far the most unprofessional transportation company I have ever dealt with. The idea that they transport children is still within my disbelief. My concerns are primarily the lack of communication this company has with the family of the child they are picking up. The driver picked up my child without notifying me he would pick up my child, this goes back to the office in which he would get the contact information from, however, the office staff did not give him the right contact information and proceeded to pick him up without notifying us. Since they didn’t have the right contact information, they also didn’t not have the right address and brought my son to an address that was no longer valid. They would of known this information had they called. When I called the office, I encountered several unprofessional staff whose blatant response was, “ is the driver picking him up or not?” I’m not sure why this bus company is even in business, let alone able to pick up children and have a contract with Wake County. As for the staff, I’m sure they they could all use more education and a few core classes on office etiquette and professionalism or perhaps another profession.
Great company to work for, good people to work with and provide services to. The company has been in business serving North Carolinians for 21 years growing from 1 driver to 70 drivers.
The owners are remarkable people who are on the front lines in the trenches right alongside everyone else working hard. They have always been respectful of my religion and practices which differs from theirs. They are also extremely generous charitable givers to many local organizations.
The company does receive a lot of applications from lazy people that don't want to work or trying to get over and quit after less than a month like Mr. Grant making the "turnover" rate for a few routes high. Grant's choice of words are very revealing considering "recidivism" by definition is the "repeated or habitual relapse, as into crime". ***psychological projecting***
I wouldn't trust my children with this company. Reckless driving. Speeding. Weaving in and out of traffic. Road rage. Van number 3000 driver needs to be suspended for endangering everyone on the road.

I call... Their response ...."Do you want the driver there or not?"
Don't want them driving, especially not my children

They've been transporting my son to school for years and he's always had very caring drivers. Taking the bus is the highlight of my son's school day! We were so sad to see Mr. Joe retire!
My so was left with a stranger while the bus driver left.Poor service and communication. WakeCounty should not allow this company to continue transportation in North Carolina.
