AA auto provided me a great experience. The owner is kind, and genuinely cares about his customers. They are honest, fair, and forth coming with any issues your car may have and explains it so you understand what solution is best for you. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Brought my car here for a Maryland safety inspection and it was quick and easy great customer service. He talked me through everything step by step and explained what was going on with my car while I waited. They definitely deserve this five star in my experience compared to other shops and will be back for any other mechanical repairs in need.
Great customer service! Shaf was upfront and honest about all the repairs my vehicle needed. Him and his team did a great job with correcting all of my issues. It did not take long for my car to come back out. I definitely would recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of a fix.

If you want to take your vehicle to a reliable and reasonably priced service center, look no more. I can’t express enough the satisfaction that I felt for AA Auto. I have never taken my BMW to anyone outside a BMW service center but AA Auto provided great service at a much lower price. Not only did AA Auto do an excellent job with my brakes, but they found a crack in my axle which could have resulted in much more expensive repairs down the road or even worse, a total malfunction or car accident. AA Auto contacted my warranty company and put a claim in for my damaged axle. I was able to purchase the BMW parts and AA Auto gave me a discount on service prices. The warranty process was handled completely by AA Auto and was no headache for me.
I would definitely return to AA Auto. I love supporting small business, and this auto service center cares, works with you for the best outcome and has demonstrated that they hire experienced mechanics/technicians. Thank you AA Auto. I will be back!

I was having an issue with my vehicle, so I took it to a repair shop down the street and they gave me a quote. AA Auto Service Center was on my way home, so I decided to stop in and also get a quote. AA's quote was a fraction of the price, so I gave them a chance. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and the employee said it would probably be done the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call that afternoon saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. If the pricing and service is always this good, I will definitely be back.
I brought my car here for an issue with my brakes. AA Auto diagnosed the issue and contacted my warranty company. Once the claim was approved, the job was completed quickly. I haven’t had any issues since then. Highly recommend.
