I've known Juan and David for a while now. They are both very good workers and create a friendly atmosphere along with their other employees. I have had the chance to get to know everyone, and they are all very likable people. I go there frequently for commercial truck maintenance and other mechanical services. They have fixed issues that not even the dealership itself could. I really appreciate their amazing work.
I called for a transmission flush and brake fluid at 8:30-9 am and said I was on the way they said okay, when I got there he wasn’t there and some one else told me he would be back soon when he arrived he quoted me a price and then disappeared. I specifically asked if they were too busy to do it today on the phone to which they answered no. I ended up waiting for 2 hours total and just ended up leaving.
Anybody with a semi truck knows that any truck repair locations or parts location are very overprice, their customer service its 0 you can be standing in line and they'll looked at you and completely ignored you and they will help you whenever they feel like it! NOTE MOST places have no pride in their work. This location its kind of like that, i am from Colorado i don't know anybody in Salt Lake City so i have to deal with stuff like that everywhere i go.
Best Mechanic place in town!! They are fast friendly and very reliable!! Whether you have a car or tractor they definitely know the craft and make you feel at home.. If you happen to find yourself in a repair situation stop by and ask for David you won't be disappointed!
TLDR: Car repairs are expensive and stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional, noncommunicative mechanics. Do yourself a solid and go elsewhere.
Not just the worst experience with a mechanic, possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I saw the high ratings and needed my car worked on, so I took a chance. My mistake. I should have gone with my first impression (no signage on building, mechanics who didn't seem to understand why I would be there) and looked for a different mechanic, but the...office manager?? I spoke with said they could look at my car that day.
They did not actually look at my car until a few days later. They have not communicated with me AT ALL unless I've called them. Even then, they would see my call and text me that they would call me back, or pick up the phone and say they would get back to me and then just...not. Side note - they don't even have a business message on their voicemail. After not answering my call the last few times, I tried calling them from a different number to see if they were screening my calls and intentionally not answering and....YEP they answered! I am not a Karen, I'm not yelling or rude. I just want to know what's going on with my car and they're intentionally avoiding me!
It took them a week to diagnose a leaking fuel pump and line and a faulty sensor, and even then...they didn't know how much it would cost to fix. In fact, 3 days later, they still haven't even told me how much it would cost to fix. I don't know what, if anything they are doing. Other than making excuses: family problems, sick owner, snow, etc. I understand sometimes things don't go to plan. But they won't even let me know a timeline or keep me in the loop, despite my requests for communication.
So, I don't know why my experience has been so vastly different than the other people who have left reviews. I WISH I could be another 5 star review. But I can only speak to my own (terrible, unprofessional, extremely frustrating) experience. They've had my car for 10 days now and I still don't even know how much they would charge to fix it. This review probably makes me seem like a lunatic. This experience has certainly made me feel like one.

David is so honest and a very talented mechanic. It’s so convenient that he’ll come to you. He’s been able diagnose and fix every car problem we’ve had, and his prices are very fair. I highly recommended him!
