Just go to Americas tire, they offer same services cheaper and you don’t get ripped off this place is shady. They took lug nuts off and didn’t replace them so I’m missing 4 after they said I had to pay. I was told they were doing something free then said I gotta pay because it’s cheaper than getting the original service I came in for. They also tried to keep my brake pads after owner said he gave them back to me. Then they “found” them after I said they can check their cameras. I would not recommend to go here. As I mentioned Americas tire offers a lot of the stuff they charge for, for free.
Took in my car to get a tire replaced received the best customer service I've received in a quite some time. Dealt directly with the Owner who was knowledgeable, courteous, gave me options and a good fair price for the repair.
I went in on a Sunday because I had a bad tire. Super friendly and got me in and out in about 10 mins and a good price. I'll be coming back again soon for any of my tire needs.
Where do I start.. Took my suv to them to swap wheels and they scratched my new wheels all up, They left lug nuts loose and two lug nuts completely came off on the drive home. They also didn’t set the tire pressure correctly! One tire had 60psi, another had 47psi, and the other two had only 30psi! My suv pressure is 35psi. To top it off they didn’t balance any of the wheels so my steering wheel was shaking like crazy on the highway. I had to spend more money to get the work done correctly, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Poor business went to get it used tires on a car that I had no problems whatsoever because it’s only two years old Kia Sedona, where a one tire change my tires stole my Lugnuts that was Dealer manufactured. They put some cheap Lugnuts on there. They did not even fit my car that were broken where my passenger front tire was just hanging on there and could’ve came off killing me and my children never again you get what you pay for but when you pay for Will not recommend to anyone
Had 4 tires removed from Toyota wheels and installed on Ford ranger wheels. Fast prompt service.
I was initially happy to support a small local business and happy to see that they work fast. I stood and watched the whole procedure as is my custom for a first visit to a tire shop. That feeling did not last as I watched them put on my wheels and it seemed like they sat on the impact wrench a bit longer than might be good. It got worse as he moved on to the other side of the car without torquing the first side but I figured he was waiting to do them all at once. He never did use a torque wrench. Never even saw a torque wrench the whole time I was there. Poor use of the impact wrench meant they rounded off a couple of my lugs. It is not even worth going back to complain. I had a distinct feeling of being unsafe the whole time I was there. I am normally not that squeamish as I work every day in the heart of San Bernardino just a mile down the road from this place. I guess if you want cheap tires and fast service and aren't concerned with properly torqued lugs or rounded off lugs then these guys were nice enough and work hard. I will not be back though.
Had some new tires ( I brought in ) to be mounted and balanced. I never saw the tire guys put the tires on the balancing machine but I figured because I wasn't watching the whole time they might have. Even asked them if they balanced the tires and to which they said “yes” ( Dude look real shady when I asked but I wanted to overthink it) big mistake because as soon as I got on the freeway my steering wheel was shaking super bad mind you I had purchased quality tires. I pulled over and surprise surprise not a single wheel weight on either tire inside or outside. So the take away of this don’t trust these guys to do the job you paid them for. Oh and they didn’t remove the tire sticker either so it was making noise as if it was flat and saw the didn't replace the filler valve caps either that I know for a fact we’re on there. $40 dollars wasted.
