Excellent service! 32 years experience and was friendly! I came in with no appointment and Masud had all hands on deck helping me. Just came by since it was a few minutes away from the home. I had a minor license plate issue and had blots rusted onto the trunk. Done in 15 minutes! I was blown away when he said it was free of charge. It's hard to find good businesses like this. If I ever have any car issue I know where to go! Thanks Masud!

I called their Bellevue branch for a tow to a mechanic, as my truck wouldn’t start even after I had tried to jump start it.

The tow driver, Masood, showed up early, and was able to quickly fix my battery issues on the spot for no extra charge. He saved me what would’ve probably been over $1000 on mechanic and towing costs.

They showed incredible customer service and courtesy, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough to anyone!

Oh my—this place was so refreshing. Masood was super knowledgeable and *extremely* friendly. He not only helped diagnose an electrical issue (incl battery problem that the dealership missed) he went COMPLETELY out of his way in helping me purchase, clean, and replace battery, terminals, etc and gave me excellent advice on next steps for my car care.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop (and also their towing service).

My new car was rented on Turo and had a collision, so the body had to be repaired through turo insurance.

It was such an awesome first time experience today! I had a car malfunction today on the road and had to call a towing company to tow it to a mechanic, and I come across this towing company on google, and found out on phone that they also does auto repairs. The guys here are super nice and humble, they found out that my car needs a new alternator and offers me an affordable price for the service. There was also an area where I can comfortably waits for the repair to be done while enjoying myself with snacks and drinks. I was very grateful to have found them on google and would go again if I need any more repairs, highly recommended.
