Fred was freaking awesome. Able to repair blown out tire with in minutes and helped with battery issues. Definitely recommend with tire issues. Hospitality was top notch for sure.
Excellent. My wife had a tire blow and no spare. A1 had us in and out in under 20 minutes with a good condition used tire for 45$. The owner also gave us a ride home so we would not have to walk back with the tire. Would recommend to anyone who needs tires.
I originally went thinking my front brakes was going out because my brakes was acting up but they were good. So then the guy with the dreads (owner) said I needed back brakes and rotors (which I did not). He said he will get them delivered they should be there in 20 mins. So I'm waiting, waiting && WAITING, && it's coming up on a HOUR so I go to the owner and ask whats going on && he starts YELLING at me.. So I tell him if he can ask the people how much longer so he calls them and says, "I don't mean to be worrisome but I have an impatient customer that wants to know how much longer.. Mind you I had been there since 10am && it was 12.. Of course I was upset he was yelling so I told him that's not the way to talk to customers. He told me he was doing me the favor of having them deliver the items. After a while of thinking bout the way he treated me, I told him I will get out of his hair but one of his workers (his cousin) convinced me to get it done since I was here.. So I let them. The brakes, rotors && labor was $222.50. I paid and when I left the brakes was STILL going all the way to the floor, so I bring it back and then they say oh your brake line has a leak. Smh. So instead of telling me it was my brake line the whole time I wasted money on brakes and rotors. I highly do NOT recommend them!
Simply love it. I brought my truck to get fix. Fred and co. Told me to get the control arm and ball joint to fix it.. I Brought it back and they fix it in same day.. I was so pleased for the hard worked.. I will definitely come back.
I was supposed to get work done on my vehicle and Chris Jones agreed to do the work but never did the job. He took the money and gave excuses on why he couldn't work on my vehicle. After a month of excuses and lies i asked for a refund due to service not rendered and we are now entering the month of Oct i have yet to see my money and my vehicle is still not fixed. He needs to be fired this place is unprofessional he is unprofessional and I would rate this horrible experience zero stars if I could. Chris jones is a liar, a con artist and a scammer. I don't understand how the place is running with someone like that working there.
Fred is an awesome mechanic.
He educates you on the issue, provides you with reasonable options and is fair on pricing.
I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.
They go above and beyond any expectations !! Turned my Sailors Jeep around in two weeks!! (new engine ). Glenn and Chris are some of the best people you could ever want to meet.
