They make you wait up front for cold food. I took the fries back and they gave me more cold fries. The chicken wrap is gross and the chicken strip is very small. Not coming back to this location. Terribly ran, the workers don't care here.
I was rushed for a fairly new eating experience customer and spent over 40$ on two meals they were served hot but the hot dogs taste manufactured or like rubber everything else was good
$4.00 for a soda is outrageous. No, this is not the price for the float. Just a regular soda. $4.00, I'll never come back
Despite being the only customer at the time of my order, I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food. Despite the slow service, my meal was hot and fresh and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of fries. The dining room was very clean and brightly lit. While there is no longer a separate "beer style" tap for their signature root beer, A&W does still make the beverage on site with real sugar (as opposed to corn syrup). The differences in flavor was worth waiting for!
Nice young lady at the register with two really nice young men working too. Nice fast service with a smile.
Love the great options... Kentucky fried or rootbeer n burgers with A&W. Wonderfully options.
Careful, fries here are not Gluten Free!
Normally, A&W fries are GF, but this place mixes items with KFC. If you order fries here, you get the KFC Secret Recipe fries which are coated in wheat flour.
Hmmm, we visited A&W a second time... The first time we visited this place a few weeks ago, we thought for a fast food restaurant that the food tasted excellent and the service was really good... However, our second visit was disappointing... The burgers were a little greasy, the veggies in the burgers were not as fresh, and the fries were a little cold/dry. Maybe we will try again and see if the third time is a charm, otherwise, definitely this place was not as consistent as we would have hoped, so I dropped my rating from 5 to 3 stars.
