Foods always good. Fresh and hot. Only real issue is the place is very stingy on their sauces. Even if you tell them extra. Even if you offer to pay for extra. The never give it to you. You get one sauce for each item ordered. Witch the packets are so low it doesn’t give you nearly enough to finish your meal.
Very disappointed tonight in this location. We ordered through drive through and the Fish Sandwich was wrong. I sent my daughter in and she sent me a text saying the workers were in the kitchen complaining about making sandwiches the way the customers want them and swearing. Multiple F bombs were dropped. My daughter witnessed a worker eating with gloves on then filled customers orders while chewing his food. They were complaining about no breaks and not getting paid enough for the job they do. My daughter gets back in car to find her sandwich still wrong. The manager was also using the F bombs. I won't be back. Too many other restaurants around that appreciate their customers.
Stopped in for a late lunch. Tried the Cod and fries basket. Good came quickly. Enjoyed a tasty A&W root beer. Store was clean and staff were great. Not 5 star because A&W fries are usually sad. Skinny. Whimpy. Bland. As were these.. the Cod was actually very good. Plenty of fish in each filet. Also the bathroom is awkward. The wash basin is right next to the door, as in if I'm washing my hands anyone coming in the bathroom would kerwhap me with the door.
My favorite hamburger place, the poppa burger is phenomenal, hand made onion rings, not frozen, puts others to shame.
$4 for a very average coney? What in the actual hell. Never again. There is no reason for this price increase. EVERYWHERE else is half that price and better food. Jacking your prices up that much is a massive mistake.
Absolutely lovely staff. Clean and comfortable. Even willing to serve a couple that came in FOUR MINUTES before close. After they had broken everything down. They never denied the couple service, however I saw the flash of relief when the couple realized it was nearly close and chose to go somewhere else. Will absolutely return and recommend to others.
Very unique, small town restaurant. The best of A&W food the very best service and very happy customers.
Went through drive through yesterday. The guy working the window was very nice and patient. On 3 meals we spent close to $30 dollars. The burger I got was so good and their fries are one of my favorites. The chicken stripes they are bland unless you dip them in something about my only bad thing.
