Ordered 2 of the 5 dollar meals, ( hamburger,fries and drink) and a 6 pc. chicken nuggets. We received the nuggets which was smaller than popcorn chicken. We couldn't believe it. They were little crunches? Paid almost 6 dollars for that? And then only 1 order of fries. And the burgers were cold. What happened? So disappointed.
I had there a2 bacon cheese burger and fries With of course there famous float.
Had the worst experience on Sunday. I ordered 4 root beer floats and was never asked what size I wanted them. I told the lady before I paid that I wanted large. She then told me to pull up to the front and they would bring them out. I waited for almost half in hour for the floats. I went inside and asked what the hold up was. She said she was waiting for the machine. That was never communicated to me before I pulled over. I requested to speak to the manager and the manager didn't help me either. I asked for the manager for her and and she refused. I asked for the the corporate number and was told I could find that online ( I COULDN'T FIND IT). This store did not communicate well with me. How hard is it to tell someone the order will take long because of said situation?
I get treated better at McDonald's!! Not trying to be a Karen but I had a very bad experience with this store and left a bad taste in my mouth.
IF YOU WANT A ROOT BEER FLOAT GO TO BASKIN ROBINS OR SOMEWHERE ELSE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
The cod fish takes about 7.5 minutes to cook fresh. They told me that when I place my order to give me the opportunity for something else if I didn't want to wait. I thought that was pretty cool
Not a good experience. They forgot my son's meal. We got the drink and fries, but that was it. The bacon on our sandwiches was smaller than the tomato slice (which was small.) The fries had an after taste. I question when the line for the syrup was replaced or fountain nozzle was last cleaned and sanitized. It did not taste safe to consume. I don't like writing bad reviews for restaurants, especially when they are all having a difficult time. But, this was not a good experience. I hope the staff can improve in the future.
Dining room locked at 1:30P.M. On a Sunday. Drive through was open.We we’re on foot, so we had to choose another restaurant. If this is an employee shortage issue… what is being done to make employees and potential employees want to work there. Be better A&W/KFC, this is not how to serve your customers.
We had the worst of experiences here. WILL NEVER come back again! We went on Tuesday and ordered the 2 Hamburger, cheese and bacon special with fries and medium root beer for $10.00. First we were told that that special was over. There were at least 2 big signs advertising this special!! We waited at the drive through 20 minutes because the person taking orders had NO idea what he was doing. He told us to wait 5 times while he asked someone. We specifically asked for FRESH HOT fries and rooter freezes instead of plain root beer. We were willing to pay the difference. The person taking our order said our came to $9.14?????? If the special is 2 for $10.00 and we substituted our drinks to freezes.....you do the math because no matter how I do it, it is definitely NOT $9.14!
Well, we FINALLY got our meals. We got 4 COLD French fries each, and the freezes were so thin a baby could have drank them out of a bottle. I used to love A & W Root beer but I will NEVER come here again. I have no hope of getting an answer here because as I read previous posts it was always the exact same answer. "We're very sorry about this experience, We truly appreciate your feedback and will make sure this is addressed with the team here. Thank you!
Made wrong the first time. Both the first burger and the remade burger were cold. Fries were extremely old. Customer was bad at best. They tried to tell me they had no hamburger patties and it turned out they had none cooked. Tasted pretty bad
