Very happy with my experience at A City transmission. He is clearly very busy, but completed a clutch replacement on a 1997 Honda Civic in short order. Came in at his original bid, even though we had to replace the flywheel as well ( $120). I will be taking any transmission work I have in the future to him. Friendly service, great work and good prices.

I was on a trip from Oregon to MN when we started having trouble in MT. After calling around I spoke to Dayn and he was able to help me get my car to run okay and get it to him from MT. He checked out the car as soon as I got there and fit me into his schedule so that the car was ready before I left back to OR and the car ran great and made it 1,600 miles back with no problems. Not good at all. They never got the car fixed after promising daily they would until finally they just stopped answering my calls all together. they kept the car without ever returning my calls. it's been 5 months still nothing!

Went in because I thought my transmission was going out. They plugged it in to find a code that involved a MAP sensor. What I thought would be a scary price turned out to be a minor issue. They were helpful and honest. I would recommend them any day of the week.

I called Dane with a last minute emergency. My RV had the transmission locked up on it on a Tuesday and we were planning to leave town on a Friday. He was able to squeeze me in, find the problem and get me back on the road for a very reasonable price. Very much appreciated!

I was recommended to come here while calling around to get quotes on diagnostics because I kept getting engine and transmission errors in my car. I was so afraid that my transmission was going out on me and I didn't know where to start. Dayn did a diagnostic for me at no charge and told me what errors were coming up. He recommended a few different general mechanics that should be able to fix the issue with my throttle body. As I went to leave my car wouldn't turn over and he was nice enough to give me a jump so I could get back to work. It gave me some peace of mind to know what was going on with my car so that I knew where to start to get it fixed. I'm very glad I will not need to replace my transmission but if I ever do, I know where I will go!
