Last week I had a tire blowout on I-80 with very busy traffic on the interstate. It was late on a Sunday afternoon and I needed to be towed to a tire shop to to get my tire replaced before they closed. I called other towing companies and they told me it would be 2 hours or more. The tire repair shop would have been closed by then and I would have been stuck until Monday. I then called A to Z towing and they were very friendly on the phone and told me that they would take care of me right away. The tow truck arrived in less than 20 minutes. The driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to get my tire replaced and back on the road. I am very happy with A to Z towing and I highly recommend them.

My driver was Kendall. And he was excellent!! Very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about my situation and explained what he was doing and that he knew exactly what was wrong with my car!! I can't thank Kendall and A to Z Towing and Transportation enough. Also he was mindful to make sure I had a safe time getting into the truck and drove perfect making me feel safe. I will recommend him and this company to my friends. I'll definitely call again in the future if I have any other problems. Thank you again Kendall.

We would HIGHLY recommend this towing company! He was out to help us really quickly (less than 30min), was super helpful and kind, and did an excellent job during a pretty stressful time. He also went above and beyond when dropping off the truck/key at the service station, as they already knew what needed work and had started by the time we called the next morning. He was great to work with and would recommend this company highly!

I was driving through Iowa and ended up with a flat tire. I contacted A to Z Towing and they had a tow truck to me in no time. The driver was extremely courteous and expedient. He got my tire switched out at had me back on the road in no time. I would HIGHLY suggest this company if you ever find yourself stranded. Amazing, above and beyond service, friendly, knowledgeable, determined to help. I can't say enough about the outstanding roadside assistance provided by A to Z towing. They are not just a great business but obviously people who care to help others and will go out of their way to do so.

My story: I was on a cross country road trip during the heart of the covid pandemic. I was driving my diesel pickup with a truck bed camper in the back and a box trailer in tow. I was moving my mom from Pennsylvania to live with me in Idaho. We stopped to get gas off of I-80 in Rapids City. I filled my diesel truck with gasoline and realized my mistake when the truck shut off a 1/4 mile down the road. There we sat. My mom and I and most of her possessions along the highway. It was 8 pm on Sunday on Memorial Day Weekend. I felt stranded and desperate to say the least. I starting calling tow companies but they either didn't call back or weren't interested in my situation. But when A to Z answered, it was a different story. He didn't even hesitate, even though he was out for an evening ride with his very patient wife. He immediately digested my situation and started brainstorming ideas. He explained that he was at least an hour away before he could get to me, but that he would be there and he'd do anything he could to help. He then went out of his way to get a specific tow truck and collect special tools and supplies, all the while keeping in touch with me to talk things through. He showed up, easily within the hour and immediately got to work, only to realize that his original plan was not going to work and he'd have to come up with another. Towing was a difficult option because my truck was so tall. He explained that he'd make the tow happen if he had to but that he'd prefer to try to deal with the issue on sight if possible. He had a plan to empty my fuel tank into a large barrel that he'd brought along. My truck doesn't have a fuel pump so he again he had to come up with a new plan. He quickly thought of an idea to use his air compressor to gently push the fuel out of my tank, through a hose that he had brought, into his barrel. This was a slow job, which took several hours to complete. But he was always patient and determined to do a quality job.

4 hours later, well past midnight, he had the truck running again. He'd been working hard for 4 hours straight. When it was all said and done, he took a minute calculate the bill. In the end, he didn't charge me enough. We rounded his number up to the next hundred and still felt indebted.

I honestly cannot believe that we found such amazing service. I never expected anyone to help me that night. A to Z offers amazing customer service with an obvious ethic of wanting to help people. I really can't say enough.

I was traveling from California to NY during Covid-19 to see a friend in need when my car went haywire right when I got to my hotel for the night. I called a tow company that said they could help in the morning. When I called them again they basically left me in the cold. I found A to Z and contacted him. First he picked up immediately and then after explaining the possible difficulties in towing my car (Gear wasn't working, Could only access from the back of car from where it was parked) He said it was no issue and he could come right away.

He arrived within 20 minutes and was able to jump my car allowing me to drive it to dealership without tow saving my some money. He followed me to dealership to make sure I got their safely. He also offered some advice based on what car was now doing/not doing and it turned out the advice was spot on. I got my car fixed within a few hours and was on the road again to get to NY.

Fast and excellent service from A to Z towing! Mr. Kendall took excellent care of my precious car when local tow companies shrugged off my literal call for help. Mr. Kendall came to the rescue, I had my 10 year old daughter with me! And as any parent would agree with me, Mr. Kendall saved the day!!!

So, I have a lowered G35, and as a result special care has to take place whenever my baby needs to get towed. Well, A - Z Towing has an excellent flatbed tow truck which eliminated the chance of damage to my import.

I absolutely recommend the services of A to Z Towing. Their service is second to none. If any of you have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kendall, shake his hand for me! A to Z will be my only tow company during my stay in the quad cities!

My car died while driving and nothing would get it to start again. I've had to get a car towed before and had bad experiences in the past. When I initially called A to Z was nervous, but from right when he picked up the phone to quickly getting to my location to dropping me and my car off to the car shop, it was a great experience. He was so sweet and patient with my questions, very perfessional and quick, and also even had an idea of what could've happened to my car. As a woman, I felt very safe with him the entire time as well! Will definitely call this company if/when I need my car to be towed again.
