SMH .. I just so happen to scroll through my past cash app transactions and was just retriggered thinking about my experience here and how I was so foolish to conduct business with these shysters. I used to reside in the area and when my Volvo was making a weird noise I brought it here for evaluation and inspection. I can’t recall what they said the issue was (this was spring 2021) but I do recall spending $600 in two visits that were two days apart. I believe they said something abt the motor mount. But honestly there’s no doubt that they jacked my vehicle up even more so that I would return, shelling more money their way. They did a bandaid fix on the primary concern but days later a proficient mechanic says that my fuel pump was tampered with. That’s life/death for a vehicle in most instances and cost another $250-$500. They definitely finessed me with a smile. Trust me if I wasn’t in dire need at the time, a hole-in-the-wall service station is the last place to receive my patronage. The red flags were glaring with the dozens of negative reviews I saw and bypassed ???? Lesson learned.
Be careful the owner mike is a liar. He starts to talk with a stutter that’s when he lying. Ask for old parts. Ask for new part boxes. He going to do the least work for as much as he can charge.
THE GUY IN CHARGE MIKE, KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT MECHANICS, JUST WANTS TO RIP YOU OFF, brought my car here and the waited 3 day for a response on how much it will be to replace my ignition coils, as soon as u walk in.... No work being done these a fat white kid with cigarettes sitting on a chair watching movies instead of dealing with customers concernes they even cut their own phone bill to ???? to cut corner and communication from their customers this place SUCKSSS STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! RUNNNNN!!!!
DO NOT COME HERE, DO NOT COME HERE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. First they tried to take advantage of me by overcharging me, the. They refuse and to close out a claim they did no work for because they were trying to get over on me and I wanted to take it somewhere else.
The mechanic is RUDE and was even rude to the warranty people when they called to try and take care of it. My husband literally had to go and pretty much make them call while he was there and close out the claim.
THEY are crooks. I even have them on video LYING saying someone else answered the phone when the warranty people called, after the second time I called because the first time they hung up on me saying they wasn’t going to close the claim because I didn’t want to get the work done there. Whew. Sad. I will be filing with a BBB as well. They got the right one, I have the time on ta-day!
Do not take your vehicle to this location for anything other than gas they will quote your price and then try to jack up the price. I brought my own part to have them install it and they cannibalized it and tried to charge me more than was quoted and now I can not take the part back to get a refund, granted my truck is running now but I had to call the Police to get a service warranty
STAY AWAY!!! I told them what the issue was and they told me it wasn’t that and quoted me $1500 for some other bs but I was going on what I read online, so I accepted their explanation. In the end they did their fix and it didn’t solve the problem so they fixed what I told them was the problem and they charged me another $1000. I hadn’t driven much during pandemic, so I didn’t notice the problem until recently, but it was leaking oil so I brought it to another garage and they showed how A to Z used the wrong parts, they lost some screws, and got silicon lubricant all inside the crankcase which could have caused a lot more damage.
Liars... This is the day and age where being honest and transparent is king.
Well not here.
They tell u one thing over the phone and when you get there its the total opposite.
I don't like leaving bad reviews b/c I am a business too and reviews can hurt someone , they cant be removed.
But I feel its my duty to save someone from going to a place that really doesn't have your best interest.
Our company may not be the best but we don't lie, we answer the phones and we for sure, do what we say we're gonna do.
You know .... business like.
Took a used car in for inspection at this place. Got a quick and concise analysis for a fair price, plus recommendations for which repairs would cost us the most. Highly recommend!
