I brought my vehicle here on two separate occasions for 2 different things, Both of which got taken care of.
Well by this shop. They did what they said they would do in the time frame. They said they would do it and my expedition is running great.
This shop is clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. No matter the situation, I always get my vehicle back the same day. I recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs.
If you're looking for quick repairs, oil change maybe Rack and pin issue Then this is your shop Now, if you're looking for a diagnostics, figuring out what's going on with your car? This is not your shop. The shop had our car for 2 and a half months It came to the point where we Needed to forcibly take possession of our vehicle due to the lack of communication non notification of putting on parts without our knowledge due to never receiving an estimate or receipt for the $1500 that was already paid for. At the end of the day receiving our car.

We did not want to go through them.DUE to the constant threats and unpleasant interaction with owner and staff belittling making fun of disabilities Had to call the tow truck company next door A To Z towing to buy keys back from the owner. ($125) Because he felt he had the right to keep new parts and keys. We have now been left with a non. Working vehicle 2 keys that are programmed to a non- working vehicle. So in reality, we paid 1625 to this shop for a non working vehicle Mr Devin Lee Herrera we have been in contact with Colorados Attorney General And the Better Business Bureau In what you were at an f. Standing with your 2 disputes. And now a third that you have not rectified, So if it takes us taking you to small Claims court. So be it. Where is our $1625? You said that that 1500 was used towards our car. Our 1500 was never returned. New parts were taken off. We never received the car and working order. After two and a half months as I said, we never received a receipt or invoice Stating the repair was going to be $2500. We had no idea what we had left to pay a $1000. That would have been paid when our taxes had hit.

"Unfortunately, my experience with A to Z Auto Repair & Auto Body was quite disappointing. I initially took my car in for hail damage, and they assured me that they would contact my insurance and provide an estimate. However, days went by without any communication from their end. I decided to reach out to them, and they promised to call me back with an update within a few hours. I patiently waited, but no call came.
After a week of waiting, I finally decided to call them again, only to be informed that they were too busy to attend to my car. While I understand that they may be dealing with a high volume of customers, it was frustrating to have to wait for almost two weeks before being told this. The lack of communication and the unnecessary delay in providing updates left me feeling extremely dissatisfied.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend A to Z Auto Repair & Auto Body. Communication is a crucial aspect of any service, and it's unfortunate that they fell short in this regard. It's important to find an auto repair shop that values efficient and timely communication with their customers."
A to Z has had very good and speedy customer service time and time again and have always been more than great at communicating with me the state of my vehicles and providing me with important details throughout my experiences with them, they've always done their best to accommodate me as a customer and have always left my vehicles better than when left in their care.
Very good service and fair prices, they stayed in communication with me through the whole time. Highly recommend

The guys at AtoZ pulled off an impossible 1 day fix on our Jeep Wrangler. They were kind and courteous. We were about to cancel a trip, but they got it done! I recommend anyone in Pueblo and surrounding areas to check them out.
