Literally horrible I asked for a shag/layers and to keep my length as well as possible and one of the hairdressers removed 4 INCHES off. My hair used to be a little above mid back and it is now shoulder length. It took me 5 years to get to that length. I did not receive any layers and it did not look like my reference image at ALL. When I went to a family friend (a licensed and working hair stylist) to fix it she said that it was the worst hair job she had ever seen. It was horribly uneven and she missed multiple strands of hair. I also asked for purple tips and they left the bleach on me for 2 hours straight. The color they put on me isn't even purple it's straight black and they also fried the **** out of my hair and now it's damaged. I can't even do the tips myself now because if I bleach it again my hair would probably fall out because it's so damaged now. Literally the worst haircut I've received and I'm still mourning my lost inches
