I switched to A&RS A couple of years ago from another local repair shop due to an emergency repair the day before a long road trip. They made the repair which turned out to be a minor issue and did NOT charge me. I have been bringing my three cars here ever since and find Asad to be honest, reliable and professional. I highly recommend his shop to family and friends.
Had the best experience, very professional and fast, I always come here and recommend everyone I know to come here. Customer service was excellent, they know what there doing, and always take care of me. Best shop on the island!
Avoid them if you can. I went in for an inspection and they said the DMV wont pass me so i asked dmv is going to know if my brakes are shot. He replied no but it’s my license. They insisted i have no brakes and tried to show me but I’m not a handy person so i stuck to my guns and left. My own mechanic said there is plenty of room left and passed me no problem. It’s sad bc there right in the neighborhood and it’s convenient but you can’t trust anyone these days.
I called and they said bring her right over took 5 min to get their and 15 minutes for an oil change.....can't beat that HAPPY NEW YEAR
Rip off will tell you one thing and will have same issue you have to go back for other again why can’t u tell the issue at once and charge labor once but yet you have to do in parts waste of time and your money
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! These people are scam artists and will ruin your car. I wish I could give zero stars because they don't even deserve 1 star. My uncle came here once and they scammed him too. Hopefully the authorities shut this place down soon. Pray for me and anyone who has taken their car here for repairs.
Whatever you do don't get your tints removed at this place!!! The guy scratched and cut my window trim inside of my BMW, they are so unprofessional they don't even use a heat gun or a steamer, they use a razor blade to remove tints. When I told the guy he cut and scratched my car he responded by saying: "what do you expect, to be perfect? You know if you bring it to the BMW dealer they have to remove your whole door panel?" Yeah right! as if someone would have to remove a door panel to remove a tint that is on a window! Who would believe such lie? If they can't even be professional enough to remove 2 simple window tints without causing damage can you imagine what else would they say if you send in your vehicle to their shop to get actual repairs?. Even though they gave me my $40 dollars back, they have still caused damage to the interior of my car.
Used to go here for routine maintenance. They have new management now and I don't trust them. Last time I went in for an inspection and was told I needed brakes changed. This was right around the end of the pandemic and I'd barely driven that car the previous year. I think they also screwed up my alignment because the car started to pull fairly noticeably to one side after they worked their magic. Oh and they charged me a surcharge for using a credit card also.
