I have to say that I’m truly blessed to have been recommended to this amazing business. Anthony and staff had great customer service skills, super supportive and communicative while car was being fixed due to an accident. They even washed my car upon pick up. This business is top quality. I was so impressed by them. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone in need of service. They are so educational and knowledgeable on everything with automobiles. Best auto shop in queens NY.
Anthony was very helpful and supportive all the way to the end. His team did an awesome job my car is like brand new. My car was even detailed when I picked it up. I would recommend this shop for your repairs because Anthony treats you like family.
Must say they did a miraculous job on my pearl white 2018 Honda Civic. Can’t even tell that the bumper and quarter panel was repaired! And coming to the paint on point blended perfectly! I would recommend them to anybody! Great work!
A Rich Auto Works is a rip off!! They did a horrible job on my car. They charged the insurance co. more than 5k but the job looked like it was done with a paint brush. Poorly done. Scratches and uneven coloring all over the car. Would never recommend these people. Very disappointed.
When you take your car there, make sure what their guarantee policy is!!

Will bondo out your car nicely so it will look nice and wavey in the sunlight could have just bought junk yard parts and save a chunk of money on labor and look better especially with your discount
