Easy to reach there from I-265 to IN-62, then Logistic. They have docks on the southern and northern side of the building. Overnight parking available at the back. Very friendly staff and fast unloading. Respect!!!
Lady at window, wonderful. Pulled around back, started unloading within minutes. NO MORE OVERNIGHT PARKING. PARKING LOT IS GONE. Built a warehouse.
Got here to unload and parked in the back overnight in the overflow lot. Got up at walked to the front of the building to check in and was given a door on the backside (#6) and was unloaded in about an hour. Unloader came out and locked gladhand, checked for chock and was quick and efficient. Can’t ask for much more in the trucking business. Thanks A&R/Quantix!
This company is one big mess. I came at 7am, but nobody was at window. Few drivers was waiting for check in. At 7.15am woman opened window and said only picking drivers can check in, delivery must wait, so I was first in line. 10 minutes check in, she told me my load is in two different warehouses. I took doors, and until 8.30 am nobody not even touch my trailer. Loaded after 9.00am and I go to second warehouse. Assigned doors was taken. I has to wait for another one. At 10.22am stil waiting.
EVERY SHIPPER SHOULD BE LIKE A&R IN AND OUT 30 MIN FULL TRAILER GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!!
I loaded here, upon arrival they sent me to their other warehouse about 1 mile down street and was out in less than an hour, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and didn't mind answering any questions I had. Good place to load, at least this day it was lol.
Check in at the very front, the glass doors and windows. This place could use some signage for drivers for sure. Took a bit to get unloaded but the guy was friendly. Slide tandems, remove air line, chock wheels.
Been waiting two hrs to get a dock to get unloaded the lady said there warehouses where all full if that was the case why order more made me lose two different good paying loads so far and I still don't have a dock yet will never come back here again
