It was such a great experience visiting A&R’s Auto Service. They serviced my car and offered reasonable prices. Andres was very professional and kind throughout the process, he was willing to answer all of my questions. I will definitely come back and recommend this shop to everyone!
My air conditioner would turn on but wouldn’t get cold. I was told I needed a new system. I went ahead and paid $2,000 in April 2023 to fix and then 1 month later my air conditioner spelled like the refrigerant was leaking when the air was running. We took it back and was told everything was normal. April 2024 my air conditioner is now broken again. My air conditioner turns on but doesn’t get cold. I was recommended by family to come here myself or family would never come here again.
The best mechanics Andres and his uncle! Best service best work and great prices! Even though they are busy but my car always finishes within short time not to mention that I took so many cars there and I always go home happy
Great customer service which prioritizes a quality service and with vast expertise. The business seems knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the service they provide.
Went there because they were recommended. Went inside to ask about prices about their AC. Stood there with my friend for about 7 mins while the owner was on the phone. Didn't say anything. Not "hold on one moment" or "be with u in just a moment" which I used to do regardless of profession (office, customer service, fast food etc). Because of that we went next door (few doors down) and lost a customer . I'm so sorry but that was very rude.
Let me start off with saying I never usually write reviews, but this shop has been so AWESOME that I feel it is the least I can do.
I run a small business with a fleet of cars and since I have found A&R they have truly helped me and my business so much. Andres and Auscencio are Very knowledgeable, honest, and just really cool people. They always take their time to explain exactly what’s going on with the vehicle and always provided fair pricing since day one. I even recommend my closest family and friends to A&R auto service. Thanks for everything Andres and Auscencio ????
