Amber is amazing, she takes the time to listen to your ideas on cut and color and gives her professional advice to help guide you to the perfect color and style. I have long, thick, curly red hair that started turning white by the roots. I love to explore different shades of red and Amber is always able to accomplish the amazing! I get so many complements when I am in public on how beautiful my hair is. Amber ALWAYS delivers, she is the best in the business and the best in Kentucky!! She can create any color you desire and is the only one to cut my hair correctly. Amber's salon is full service, you get professional, expert care on any service you choose. Amber also provides a relaxed, fun atmosphere. A Plus Salon is the place to go to in Kentucky!!
Amber is an amazing hairstylist but she’s also an amazing person. I had a medical emergency and wasn’t able to wash my hair by myself and she opened her salon and gave me a private wash so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I’d trust her to do anything with my hair because I know I won’t walk out disappointed. She’s very understanding and will walk you through her entire process. Plus everyone is so friendly and it’s always decorated and clean, best in the business honestly.
I’ve been going to A+ for yeaaarssss now! Of course starting off with Amber (because she’s the hair plug, no doubt) then eventually using other services in the salon as well. Can’t nobody tell me nothing bout Amber! The way she encourages her fellow salon ladies to do what they love and the way she pours herself into this stuff is amazing. She’s inspiring to those around her and it shows. Everyone there is fun to be around, salon days are my favorite days! Amber always makes me laugh. Jamie always makes me fall asleep while getting my lashes done, it’s so relaxing!! I’ve had lashes done by both Jamie and Jamaica and you won’t be disappointed by either! Kara is amazing as well, I took my curly headed 3 year old who hates her hair being touched to her and she was wonderful with her! She talks about getting her hair cut all the time now! You guys are all the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, you won’t find another down to earth, tight knit, continuously growing salon family around!
We have been going to Amber before there was even an A+ Salon! She is the best, regardless of your hair type. My daughters are biracial and I would never let anyone touch their hair. Even if we don't come in often, there's nobody else we will ever go to! Amber is ALLLL THAT.
A Plus Salon was amazing. Words can't express what a great hair salon experience can do for a young girl. Amber was able to book my 16yr old daughter on a late notice. Then not only did she dye, cut, style and do her eyebrows also. She educated her in styleing techniques and the proper products to use for her hair. We came in for a hair style and left with a life experience. My daughter's self confidence skyrocketed. The salon was very clean, sanitary and inviting. Highly recommend this salon.
Went in to get my hair permed and the girl just complained the whole time about doing it. Never going there again!
I cannot say enough about Amber. She is absolutely amazing and her ability to color correct... WOW!!! I went to another salon and the color job was horrible, I literally wanted to stay inside the house. I heard awesome things about Amber and thankfully scheduled an appointment. She consulted me about the type of products that I use and my expectations. I knew it was going to look good but let me tell ya I was stunned and speechless with how she transformed my hair. I can honestly say I’ve been having my hair colored for many years and hands down best color I’ve ever had. She has the best bubbly personality ever. I cannot wait until my appointment next month. I cannot thank you enough Amber.
