I was very weary of taking my 95 F150 to anyone, but we were chasing a problem we couldn't solve. We finally said let's find a mechanic and I am behind pleased! They took it on when no one else would even return a call. Truck runs beautiful now!! Father and son shop that actually care. Fair prices and down to earth. I'll only take my truck to them from now on...even though they probably don't want to see it back,lol. Thanks!!
I would give A-Plus ten stars! I own a 03 Envoy with over 200,000 miles on it. Recently had front brakes replace here at a great price! My AC just went out as was informed by another shop I needed to replace the evaporator for $1000. and would take three days fix plus tearing out the dash. Michael fixed it for $85 in a half hour! He also dog lover with his pet on site. I take my golden everywhere. Very honest repair shop.
I was introduced to A-Plus in January of 2020 by a friend. I was new to the area and did not know any good mechanics I could trust and this is something that I do not take lightly when moving to a new area. When I met Bob and Mike (Father and Son Team) at A-Plus it was like a breath of fresh air. Bob was upfront and told me how much the price of the part was and showed me exactly how he was going to fix it. The throttle body on my Corvette had to come off and be cleaned as well. Bob also fixed my "trick" hood that didn't open correctly and lubricated all my doors. Bob treated the car like it was his own pride and joy. I also brought in my 1997 Yukon 4x4 for a new power steering pump and intermediate gear(Gear shaft from the firewall from the steering column to the front end). Mike is very knowledgeable and upfront like his Dad on the price of the repairs. I also had to have my fuel pump assembly in the gas tank replace as my fuel gauge in the Yukon quit working. All 3 of these jobs were major and I knew would take some time as the gas tank had to be dropped and replaced, no easy task on any of the repairs. I don't know about the rest of you, but I am no mechanic. I decided to leave this to the professionals. They have all the tools and the knowledge on any auto repair you need. They work on Jeeps, Toyota's, Chevy, and GMC's, Ford and many more. I had the Yukon back in 2 days and was glad Mike and Bob are so experienced. In the process Mike had found my Pivot arm was bad and replaced it while doing the gear shaft and the front end. He even showed me the old pivot arm and how bad it was worn out. I was very pleased with the price of the bill and the quality of the work. I will not take my car to anybody else.I highly recommend A-Plus Quality Services & Repair to everyone.
Went to get a terminal changed for my battery, a long journey. Michael was AWESOME! He was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. His father, Bob, is just as polite. I will DEFINITELY be returning and recommending. Thank you A-Plus Auto for making my horrific experience into a breeze.
Had a great experience! Dealer wanted to charge $1600 to replace AC system due to noise. Mike replaced fan for $250...runs like new. No more noise. Thanks, Mike (and Mike's dad!)
i am so appreciative! my son took his jeep there and needed a part put on in a very short time frame, they took him in, did the work and had his jeep ready in time for spring break. i want to thank you so much, its so hard having a child so far from home, stuff like this is going to happen, and i feel like this establishment went above and beyond and was more than fair. Father/Son team.. I had a power steering leakage, using a container of fluid every day. They listened to my account of the problem, diagnosed the cause and repaired it the next day. About 1 1/2 hrs later, car runs well. No more leak AND LESS money than quoted price.. Thank you A-Plus.. I have recommended you to others.
I was driving back from Florida to PA when my muffler pipe developed a hole. My car was making an awful sound and I honestly was not sure just how bad it was. I pulled off I95 and used my phone to search for every automotive place I could find - but since it was a Sunday afternoon, no one was open. I called this place and the owner answered - he just happened to be in the shop working on his wife's vehicle. He told me he did not do exhaust work - but told me to come by and he would check it out and see just how bad it was. And that is what I did (his place was a little hard to find - it is in a commercial area with a bunch of different businesses that have garage bays - so look for the number. Also note that he's on Oak Place - not Oak Street - which is a cross street). Anyway - he was so nice, and he checked out my car and told me exactly what was wrong and said I could continue on my way and get it fixed when I got back to PA. He suggested that if I wanted to stay overnight his friend owed A and W Muffler and Automotive in South Daytona - but I ended up getting back on the road and stayed overnight in Florence SC. While in Florence I went to Midas and they confirmed exactly what A-Plus told me and fixed it for $35.
