My daughter lives in Texas and just had a baby. She wanted us down here to help her so we moved from Pennsylvania to Texas. I went online and looked up someone who had at least 4 stars and I found A-Plus Moving & Storage. But I started out with another company. The other company told me that they would get to me within a week or so, but I needed a window of no more than three days. We needed to get out of fast and A-Plus Moving & Storage was able to accommodate us. The other company had given us a price and A-Plus Moving & Storage' rep went with what they said. The moving crew was very, very nice, very thorough, and very professional. I was real pleased with them.
I have used A-Plus Moving & Storage Movers several times in the past, and they did an outstanding job each time. I sold my house, the closing on my condo got delayed so everything was put into storage, then 6 months later, I had them move me into my condo. Each time, they showed up on time (Early, actually) and wrapped my furniture items, and were very careful with moving everything. They did an incredible jot at the storage locker, organizing things so they packed the full height of the 10x15 locker without an inch to spare, saving me the cost of renting another locker. The move to my final condo went very smoothly, again my personal items & furniture were handled with the utmost care. All of the crew members were very polite and respectful. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. They are honest and very hard working.
I definitely made the right choice in moving companies with A-Plus Moving & Storage. From their sales/service group, customer service professionals to the first class movers, they all were dedicated to what my needs were and made the loading/unloading process less stressful. Our movers were very attentive and helpful with our needs and they went above and beyond to assist us. Their attention to detail was outstanding and their quality of work was much appreciated. Thanks again to the entire A-Plus Moving & Storage team and would highly recommend their professional services.
I was so impressed by the wonderful service I received from A-Plus Moving & Storage! They were recommended strongly by a family member and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, friendly customer experience right from the beginning. The staff was so helpful- planning the move, recommendations on how to be organized, and some creative furniture assembly were among the skill set demonstrated on site. Reliable, and professional and super-efficient! Great job and great people - I would recommend their services for a positive moving experience.
Amazing and fast service. I had a really bad moving experience when it came to moving things into a storage unit. A-Plus Moving & Storage really came to the rescue and I did not have to stress. They were super timely, coordinator was very communicative, and the movers were finished in no time. Quote was accurate, too. I would highly recommend A-Plus Moving & Storage & Team! Overall, the whole team were pleasant. NOTHING was damaged!
I arranged to make a move and paid the down payment. I later found that their services weren't what I expected or needed. When I asked to cancel (within the contract cancellation period) the "owner" would not cancel the move and said that he was not going to return my deposit. He questioned why I was cancelling and did not agree with my reason and therefore would not cancel the move. This caught me by surprise because I don't answer to anyone, nor do I have to explain myself to them or anyone else. The cancellation was within 72 hours of the deposit transaction and longer than 7 days before the move as required in the contract. I found the owner to be unprofessional and argumentative. Watch out for these guys!
We moved in SF with A-Plus Moving & Storage Team a couple weeks ago and would highly recommend them. They gave us a time window that they expected to show, and arrived right at the beginning of the time. They were courteous and careful with our things, and even took the time to box up our TV. They didn't sit around and were working hard the whole time. They really made the moving process easy for us by making sure that everything was placed where we wanted in the new apartment. We would definitely use them again!
A-Plus Moving & Storage did a phenomenal job handling our move. Scheduling the move was a breeze and customer service was outstanding. All my questions were answered and on the day of the move everything went just as planned. The movers were on-time, courteous, and professional. All items were packed with great care and attention to detail and then unpacked at the new location within three hours! I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for any future moves.
