Jona is the Best! He is reasonably priced and does amazing work. He's done my last 3 tattoos (added flowers to an already existing tattoo, twice), I couldn't be happier. I recommend him to everyone I meet and everyone that stops me to see my tattoos.
Had my first appt with Jona a few days ago after he was recommended to me by a few people. I love the way my tattoo looks, a beautiful memorial for my dad. He was very nice and professional and I will definitely be scheduling with him again.
First ink. Jona was a consummate professional. Very pleased with the result and reflects what I had envisioned. Appreciated his ability and talent to reproduce a piece I love to show off. All the feedback comments compliment on the vividness and the color of the piece. Now, left with the dilemma of expanding the body art work! Highly recommend! Support local small business!

Jona (the owner) has tattooed 3 different pieces for me and I do really love them all. I am leaving a 2 star review because of communication, atmosphere & professionalism. Each appointment I had with him grew more frustrating.
I reached out to him a couple of times to touch up one of my pieces that he previously tattooed. (1st touch ups are free I was told) I was even willing to pay his apprentice to touch it up but was told the original artist must be the one to do it.
After weeks of not hearing back from him, I finally was able to set up a time for the touch up with him. I showed up at my appointment time to find a closed tattoo shop completely dark inside. I messaged him on Facebook (only way to get ahold of him)explaining how I was there waiting for him and he replied that “his wife had a family emergency and had to fly out of state” So I needed to reschedule and he would contact me with an appointment time the next business day. He also stated that he messaged me explaining this.
I received no messages or calls. When I told him this, he replied “I must have sent it to the wrong Lauren.” I am upset that I drove 30 minutes to an appointment to find out he wasn’t even there. I understand things come up but this seemed a bit fishy to me considering it would have been a free service from him. I am also still waiting on him to contact me for a rescheduled date….
I was charge over double for my last tattoo I received from him. This piece was black & white, much smaller than the last tattoo he gave me, very simple and took him about 15 minutes to do and cost me $150.
When I showed up for this appointment, he spent the first 15 minutes mopping the floor as I sat waiting. He told me I was one of his 2 appointments for that day because his child was in a school musical so he was leaving early to attend. I feel as though I was over charged to makeup for the hours that he had closed for to attend his child’s musical.
The last time I entered the shop, there was a tv playing dancing nude women & foul language music videos. As a women, I felt pretty uncomfortable being there by myself.
There is no doubt that Jona is a talented tattoo artist. He has his awards mounted on the walls from all of the competitions he has won to prove it. However, his communication & customer service needs some shaping up. Unfortunately, he has lost me as a client.
Jona is excellent! In addition to being an outstanding artist he is as professional, pleasant, and accommodating as possible. The studio is comfortable and inviting.
I was nervous for my first tattoo and he made the experience more pleasant than I could have imagined. The tattoo turned out perfect.
And he’s a fine person as well.
If I get another tattoo I will not consider going elsewhere.
