Employees come straight out to help and if they know that a different shop can do whatever you need they'll recommend it. I just changed from a different shop and will definitely go back to pair of Jack's.
Nice and personable people, but after we had our struts installed, there were issues with shaking and pulling to the left....we were told to call if it wasn't driving straight, but they said there wasn't anything they could do, that they dont have equipment to do alignments. Since an alignment is pretty standard after putting in struts, I think they should have told us that ahead of time, so we could decide whether to go elsewhere.
I had my truck recently brought into A pair of Jacks. They were able to me exactly what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to fix it. I was happy with the honesty and the professionalism and would to give them repeat business.
Very nice people and busy as heck! (Recommended to me by a young man who helped me looking for oil change stuff). They even advised of another place to check as they're unable to get me in for couple 3 weeks. Intuition tells me to make that appt with them and get by till then. It's not major engine but still annoying electrical issue.
Got me in on pretty short notice after another shop said they couldn't fix my car. They not only did the repair but did it in a very timely manner as well. The price was more than reasonable and the customer service is awesome. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back again. Absolutely excellent experience!
Absolutely wonderful. Quickly diagnosed our vehicle problem, quoted us a price and found a time to do the work. Did the work quickly but efficiently and saved us money. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Blower motor unit went out on my vehicle, made a stop at A Pair of Jacks, scheduled my appointment within a couple days, they replaced the blower within an hour, I had my vehicle back. Excellent service and I will be back. Thank you for the prompt and efficient service.

A Pair of Jacks is one of those places. I know car repairs are never fun but if I have a repair done here I leave knowing I paid for exactly what I needed done the best, safest way possible.
