Very quick the man working was super nice suggested I go to Kroger and renew my tag using the kiosk. It was very quick and simple took less than three minutes to renew.
Look, these guys here are Mike, Chip, and Chip Jr. Are great guys and get you and your car our as fast as possible, always pleasant, will always take my 3 cars to them, font forget to leave them a Tip
Quick, convenient and low dollar. What more do you want? Okay, the guys that work there are very personable too.
Attendant was very nice. Line moved quickly. Car didn't pass which I had anticipated due to just having replaced the battery, but I will get the miles on it so it can go thru all of its self tests & it should pass no problem next round!!
I take all of my vehicles here for emissions inspection. They are always polite and courteous and do a good job. I never have to wait long. I will continue to take my cars here in the future.
The emissions tester made a keystroke error and entered into the computer that my car had no catalytic converters and by default the test failed. He retested and passed with an “after repairs” notation. My car did not need to be repaired. After a heated debate over the phone, he offered to do a full “initial” test (not a re-test), free of charge. Passed the new “initial” test with ease. I am giving a 1 star review for having a defensive posture one the phone and not owning-up to his mistake (not starting over with a full “initial” test). I am concerned now, that there is a potential record with Georgia Clean Air Force, of my car not having catalytic converters (my car is like new from the factory). This false failed test needs to be expunged from the system.
Rushed to make it after finishing work at 5, got there at 535, they close at 6 but had closed the driveway entrance the office s still open.
There was a man there so asked if they can take me, with a big grin told me to come back at 8 am. Pointed out I work at that time, laughed in my face and told me to lie and say I am taking a sick day.
How did this place get good ratings for customer service? Assuming I would even return, what guarantee it's there that they would take me during business hours? This place is a joke
Edit: noticed someone has a similar experience but with the morning hours. Apparently the hours on the sign are suggestive. Maybe if you go in the middle of their shift?
Arrived at this emissions location at approximately 8:15am this morning. A sign displaying their hours was in the middle of the drive. I asked the guy out front, who was sweeping water away on the drive, was he open. Their sign displays opening at 8:00am. Again, it was 8:15am. He said he would open as soon as he moved the sign. I asked how long that would be and he replied the system was booting up and he would open as soon as he moved the sign. I asked again how long would that take and he again replied sarcastically that he would open as soon as he moved the sign. I think maybe he should have arrived earlier to allow the system to boot up completely prior to 8:00am, which is when their sign said they open. Had he have given me a general idea of time, I would have waited. I've used this particular location for the last several years, but will never return after his poor, unprofessional attitude.
