In addition to the excellent service on my 1987 & 1992 Volvos over the past 2 decades he just repaired my front bumper I caused from a minor incident pulling out of my garage & made it look like new again Thanks to Van & Kim
Mrs. Kim is honest,polite and intelligent when it comes to you and your Volvo!! The prices undercut any automotive garage in New Haven County. Average price is $125 a hour, they charge $108 a hour and it’s a foreign car garage!!! They do a great job with your car and they are good people. I highly recommend this place for any Volvo owners.
No one I've ever met at a repair shop has ever been transparent and honest about their assessment of my car. I thought I'd have to pay an astronomical price to fix my car, but instead I got an unexpected recommendation. My recommendation was, "Your vehicle is fine. Just keep driving as usual. There's nothing to worry." If I need anything with my Volvo in the future, this is my place!!

Volvo Owners! There is absolutely no reason to take your Volvo anywhere else! A & M has saved me through every repair nightmare I have ever experienced. Knowledgeable, family run business, that pays extra attention and care to your vehicles. On numerous occasions they have gone above and beyond for my Volvo's and have always gone the extra mile. Everything is fixed quickly and professionally and the prices charged are always extremely fair. They will not rip you off and will only repair what is absolutely necessary. For example, I was concerned that my ABS system was failing and that I might need a very costly repair. It turns out it was just an electrical failure, and I was charged accordingly.They are extremely honest people and they know Volvo's inside and out whether it's our 1987, 1998, or 2009. They only work on Volvo cars so often they have rebuildable components already in stock ready to install. Support a phenomenal small business and never get ripped off at the dealer again!

I had an issue with my heat not working that 2 other garages could not solve. Ultimately, the last garage told me I would need to go to a Volvo dealer.
I found A&M on Google and decided to give them a call. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me Volvos were all they worked on, and they were able to fix my heat at an extremely reasonable price. Very impressed!

The owners, Kim and her husband went above and beyond for me. I sent my 2010 Volvo S40 to another garage before finding A&M Foreign Car Service and I wish I had seen Kim & her husband first. They are the kindest, most honest and caring people you will meet. They took care of all my needs with my car and at a great cost and were very understanding of my situation. Brought my 2004 C70 for a timing belt and water pump replacement. Excellent service and completed in a reasonable time. They also repaired my new front axle without replacing it. I have my own shop but never owned a volvo. I now know where to go if l need to have work performed on mine.
