I actually cried when I got home because of how horrible my eyebrows looked after, I’m going on a huge important trip tomorrow and I look like a clown with the way my eyebrows were done. It looks very very very outdated and I’m kinda shocked someone would make a brow shape like this in 2024. with huge block blocks in a square shape… I don’t live here was just visiting family and needed a quick touch up on my brows and I’m just in shock.. they are also EXTREMELY uneven

Angela is the best for my eyelashes. They are very differcult to do and they have been lasting 3 weeks. So glad I found her.
I've been coming to A. Lys Facials for years at different locations for eyebrow threading. I have to say, everyone always does a great job! Recently I asked about getting a large skin tag removed under my left arm that I've had for like seven years. I didn't know about the process and was afraid to get it done. I scheduled with Arpina and it took only a few minutes and was so easy! I can't believe that it took me this long to get this done. Thank you Arpina for taking such great care of me!
I sat down for more than 30 minutes utea to wait my turn and my appointment was at 4 since they've moved to cocplum the service has bee. The same as always, Terrible. And last but not least they cut your skin when they do your eyelashes, and they are always not paying attention when you want to get something done. I wish I could say something good but I can't.
I was seen at the new Venice location by Arpina. Arpina first saw me for eyebrow threading and was extremely knowledgeable on all services. I ended up doing a half set a few weeks later with her for my eyelashes and they look absolutely beautiful. She not only educates her clients on the process but makes you feel extremely comfortable through the whole experience! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for high quality service!
I’m new to the area and finding an eyebrow threading place close by is definitely a plus. I’ve been to the PC location four times now-I’ve had bad and good experience. The third time I went someone named Rose threaded my brows; she did a good job but she was not polite or nice. I can tell that she got upset when I asked her about tinting -she literally said with an attitude “why do you want that is not going to fix your eyebrows, but I’ll do it if you want” I was like woah! She needs customer service training! So I went again this past week but I definitely knew I did not want the same lady; so this time Arpina did the threading and I absolutely loved her. She was nice, helpful, answered my questions and gave me recommendations. She is definitely the go to person if you go; she did great with my eyebrows! I can’t wait for the NP location to open! :)
