Great upstart Cab company for paid or medical transportation. Out of all of the medical transport Cabs that I've had to use between Glens Falls and Saratoga A & H are the only company that gets you to your appointment on time, but also is quick to pick you up after your appointment, where all of the other cab companies will leave you sitting in the DR office parking lots for 2 to 3 hours. They get you to your appointment and back home quicker than any other company. They will stop at a pharmacy after your appointment if you ask them to. I live miles from A & H's central location so they really don't make much money on a med patient like myself and yet they still do a much better job than any other cab company in Glens Falls or Saratoga. Excellent company.
This was not yet an established company. It was a trial. Also I'm not familiar with the listed above name being established I was given information that clearly indicated the company was not a company so why am I getting this to review.
Called from the train for a ride into town, explained we were on time and asked for a taxi 2 minutes after arrival time. Dispatcher cheerfully said to call from the station, insisting they’d have taxis. Not true. 20 minutes and waiting.
Tracey picked my grandmother and I up. She was super sweet and very careful as the roads were bad. Would recommend riding with her
