Brought my car in last year. No major issues. Brought it in this year, they said it was not getting a sticker, to get another car at a dealer they recommended.
Well, it is going to get a sticker. They lied.
The other place showed me and printed out all the things needed to be done.
An excellent crew! Honest, fair, reliable... What more can you ask for? This is one of the only shops in the immediate area that will take pickups with plows attached into the garage. As long as I live in the area, these people will always have my business!
We recently moved up here to Thornton and were delighted to have found a trustworthy and reliable repair shop. We have gone through A&H for several repairs now and have found them to be reasonably priced, timely and professional. We hope to do business with A&H and the guys for many years to come.
We bought a van for $2500 and was told it was a great van. We still a month later don’t have a title because Lenny never got the title put in their name to sell to me. DMV told me to sign it now Im told her was supposed to sign it and get the title changed. Now we own a POS that needs over $1500 of work. We can do anything with it. He wouldn’t listen to me when I tried telling him I needed him to get the title. He refused to give me my money back and told me there’s nothing he can do because I messed up. It’s my fault he can’t get a title I can’t explain anything to him or he get defensive and when I got upset he hung up. I urge everyone to stay away.
Sold us a vehicle for $2500 as is they said ,they told us transmission was fine when we asked. Three days later the transmission went and was told by another shop it would cost us another $2800. Don't trust these people.
If you break down and need help don't go to these guys. I was 2 miles from their shop and it was an $80 dollar tow fee to their garage to do the work, full list price for an alternator and $64 an hour labor rate. Talk about taking advantage of someone down on their luck. TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!????????????
We have gone to A&H for the last two years to get all our big trucks and trailers inspected. Great guys!
Very warm and friendly staff here, and they can usually get my car in to be seen last minute which fits my busy schedule!
