I can not tell you about costs because I do not know going rates.
I can tell you I am absolutely ignorant about cars.
This business could have done extra and unnessary repairs as part of maintenance because I wanted a full workup. They told me it was unnecessary. I thought my brakes needed to be replaced, and they said they were not needed yet.
Recently, my drivers side power window stopped working. They spent time getting it back up and didn't charge me.
alternator ended up leaving me stranded. They got me in same day in the morning and had quick turnaround, great hospitality, very fair prices.
Very knowledgeable people, fair pricing, and quick turn around. This was my first time using this shop to get some work done & I am very pleased with their service from beginning to end. First of all, they were able to fix a problem that a lot of people turned me away for. Secondly, the bill that I received at the end was more than a fair price. I will be coming back more often for future repairs, thanks guys!
I brought my car there for a timing belt replacement and the price was good but it turned out that they didn't have the correct tool for the repair and the owner was unwilling to buy the necessary tool even though I could see it online for about $40. Per his advice, I removed my car without paying as they did not fix it but spent some days holding it without doing anything.
The next shop laughed that this shop would not finish a repair for lack of tools.
We called A&H in a frantic hurry to get my sister's 2013 Chevy Cruze fixed, it had a bad coolant leak. Ahmad answered the phone, he was courteous and informative and was able to squeeze us in that afternoon. When we got there, he identified the issue, ordered the parts and had us up & rolling by the following day. The pricing was very reasonable and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, we definitely will return for future service.
Mr. Ahmed the owner and chief mechanic is a very honest man. He charge very reasonable rates. His all the team of mechanics are very hard working and respectful. I am going there for my two vehicles from Dublin CA for 5 years now, I have no complaint ever.
They used to be good & honest, but lately they’re just desperate & hungry for money. They just resealed my engine lately, ($2,000) which is ok I understand, so I paid, after it was done I took the car and then the check Engine light came on, I talked to them and they were so defensive about it, telling me that they didn’t have anything to do with the engine light coming on, but they just serviced it, and the light wasn’t on before, I just had them reseal my engine coz there was a leak. So I took it back there & the mechanic told me he couldn’t figure the engine light out and still charged me $80 just for reseting the code, like really? Just paid them 2k$ and now $80 for reseting a code lol I wouldn’t go there would not recommend them anymore
Been taking my Cars here for years now and also referred my family to them . They get the job done in a timely manner. Prices are pretty good
