He tries to take advantage of your situation.
1. I send my car to him to get it fixed and he asked ME if I know the problem (I have already explained it’s not operating) 2.He ask for a price to sell the vehicle to him… 3. A honest mechanic would tell you what was wrong with your car and why it cost what it cost. 4. Dude for sure over priced whatever he did. I’m never going there again and I regret cheating on my mechanic that’s just a few more min away. (Behind the Vicky’s restaurant there’s a tier shop and mechanic that is trustworthy).
End of the day, yes my car got “fixed”.
This business provided exemplary honest service to me and my vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone. The mechanic went above and beyond helping me out not just by servicing my car, but by also helping me push the vehicle almost half a block as it had completely stalled. I had initially thought it could have been the alternator and hastily ordered it, when it was actually the pulley and serpentine belt after the mechanic checked the car. He repaired the issue at a very reasonable price and I was able to return the alternator. Any dishonest mechanic could have easily stated it was also the alternator and would have charged me to replace it, but A&G were completely honest with me. I will definitely be using them from this point forward!
Superb service! Francisco is very knowledgeable, professional, they give you the best prices and finish the work very quickly. Also Ramsie next door is amazing. He makes time to smog your car and will give you all the pertinent information before he charges you. Great place to take your vehicle!
I have used A&G SERRANO for repairs on my vehicles. Francisco always gives me a fast diagnosis of the problem. He tells me what is exactly wrong and I have never felt cheated.
Great mechanic and good prices.
Came in to fix my two fans and engine check light. They replaced the thermostat and flushed my coolant (i had done that 6 months ago), the fans were still not working and my check engine light is now off but now my abs light is on. I asked about the fans, they then said they filled my AC Coolant and i had a leak. I paid them for that and the fans came back on. when I asked why they had to replace my thermostat and flush my coolant if the AC Fluid was low...they had no answer. I had already paid them, i just asked for my receipt and left. Dont go here, they will do work that you dont need and charge you $120 labor alone.
If I could give zero stars I would. Very dishonest business, they lie to your face and make you believe they will do a diagnostic and fix your car based on the results, not! If you want to avoid a headache and getting ripped off go find another legit place that does care about the customers.
Francisco did a great job on my 49 Oldsmobile runs good. I will definitely bring my car back for service.
