As soon as I drive up and told the owner my problem, a check engine light, I was told “we don’t do that here” by three guys one after another. Okay then.. don’t want my money. I’ll go elsewhere. Bad customer service and the guys are definitely on the lower rung of intelligence. Banjo style, inbred looking. They didn’t even want to hear me out. Avoid this place like the plague.
I have known Arnold for many years he can fix almost any vehicle. To me he is one of the best
This place charged me like $70 for an oil change and didn't even top off my wiper fluid.
I needed a new transmission. The owner quoted me a price over the phone. Then, once the work was completed he charged me waaaay more than was agreed. I didn’t have enough cash on hand and he would NOT work out any sort of payments with me. He was not flexible at all. In fact, he stole my car, took it to the DMV and registered it in his own name. If I hadn’t gotten help from my family members to help me pay the ransom for my car, which by now he wanted even more money for registration etc., he was going to sell my vehicle to someone else. I do not recommend this place! If you do go, be sure to get the quoted price in writing. Do not take the owner at his word, he is NOT a trustworthy human being!
Highly recommend this place to everyone. They are honest and don't mess around and are happy to answer questions. I brought my Silverado into them because of a broken sensor in the transmission and we're fast to take care of it. Brought my other car in because it was having weird problems and they told me what to take care of on it to fix it because I wanted to do the work myself. I'm a do it yourselfer but a professionals opion is good to have sometimes on things. This will be the place I go to have my cars worked on when I need a professional to do a job I don't feel good about doing. Their always nice and there to help out.
I went to a&d transmission thinking I needed brakes I was told I didn't I had half of life but what I was told was that I needed five motor mounts and that they would give me a call back with an estimate after 2 weeks I didn't hear from them I called them back for the estimate on the motor mounts that need to be replaced they didn't have the estimate they had waited for me to come in the next day for front brakes I asked them what front brakes you told me I didn't need any they argue with me and said that's not what they told me well I ended up getting off the phone going to someone else I had my brakes check I need needed neither front or back I had the motor mounts checked I needed only the one on top none the other ones were needed I stayed myself a lot of money needless to say well over $1,000 I would not recommend the job to any female who couldn't get up under a car to know what was going on that's for sure or email the same or to be able to know what was going on with brakes either just don't go theret
Arnold and his guys are amazing. They always go above and beyond to make your experience as painless and satisfying as possible. Always honest and reasonably priced.
Great place to have your transmission worked on. Arnold knows his stuff and really good at what he does. The price is alot cheaper than other place here in town.
