They go above and beyond for their customers. They are honest and great at what they do. They solved a problem for us that has been going for months with the dealership in one morning! The car drives perfect. And we are no longer looking to get rid of it. They were upfront. Honest. Great communication. Very friendly! Clean shop. Professional. And top quality work! Great communication, kind considerate staff, knowledgeable mechanics, decent prices, and HONEST. They said the bad news was we needed a new engine - the good news is it’s covered under Hyundai’s warranty/recall. They charged us for a diagnostic service and sent us over for the dealer for the rest of the repair.

They also gave my kids these adorable stuffed animals!

Never fully trust a computer code. Check engine light came on. 2016 transit 250. Code indicated the knox sensor. The shop we normally use for our vehicles were not equipped for this repair and referred us to A & D. We described how it drove and they put it on the lift. Turned out to be a badly rusted and warped drive shaft and cracked u-joint bolts made the drive train shake so violently, it made the computer send false codes. Drives like a dream now and we couldn't be happier. They kept us informed everyday throught the day on progress and issues found along the way. Extremely professional and courteous. Their correct diagnosis ultimately kept us from going down a very expensive road while never getting to the real cause. They're a breath of fresh air when it comes to the shady world of mechanics we all grew up to know.

I called and Rodney picked up the phone. I explained how I was there a month ago and they maintenances my car also put a brand new front bumper on it. I mentioned to Rodney what should I do as I am on the highway and the whole number fell off. I am driving and pieces are falling off asked if I can stop in tomorrow. He was non responsive to my request and I received a “will see what we can do”. He never recommended to stop and get it checked out, no sense of urgency, no nothing. I am a nervous rack driving slow going home. Very dissatisfied and disappointed the way the phone call was handled.

Their services were professional and friendly as well. Left feeling confident my vehicle was in great condition after being told what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again by one of the service specialist. I will make sure they’re the only ones who maintain my vehicle.
