I recommend going to Doc (and avoiding the other older gentleman, can't speak for the lady).
Received one of the most detailed and careful haircuts. Doc took his time. One of the best haircuts I've had.

Marg did an amazing job at cutting my hair❤️ I came to cut my long hair that I had not cut short/in layers ever! So I was nervous but Marg was super helpful/comforting. She cut it short first to see what I thought and then cut the layers. 10/10 experience with her, she was so nice!
I booked a hair cut through Groupon and got a great discount. I showed my barber "Doc" a couple pictures of the hairstyle I was going for and he said he could do it.
Doc cut and styled my hair and explained different barber terminology I was curious about.
We talked about the fashion trends and he told me I would be ahead of the crowd this summer.
edit: I went back without the Groupon discount and paid $4 more but had a worse experience. I was told "yeah, yeah, I know how to cut hair I've been doing it for 40 years." and "I really don't get why people show pictures of the haircut they want" after I had to stop the ol dude before he went to town loping all my hair off.
2nd edit: got several compliments on my haircut a couple days after coming by here even though he worked on my hair for less than 10 minutes. weird. I have mixed feelings about this place.
Go! Doc gives amazing cuts at rock bottom prices. Always love my hair after going.
Very reasonably priced (especially compared to the salon on campus), and staff is so friendly and skilled! I came in to trim my bangs, and she made sure that the length was perfect several times so that they were not too long or too short. I also requested that she cut my hair dry since it is very wavy and she did a great job, and my hair is pretty difficult for most professionals. Also cut my hair even though I got there a little before opening which was very kind. Will be returning!
I highly recommend A Cut Above The Rest! They are professional, skilled and everyone is nice and welcoming. I have been getting my haircut there for over 10 years now, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you!
Probably had my worst haircut in life today at this place. This was my third visit and have tried all the barbers. Do not even think of going to this place. But still if you are eager, i would only recommend Doc (he is usually busy). Honestly, calling the other two barbers would be an insult to this profession. They are more of butchers than barbers. The is an old guy who was a bit rude. Seemed a little racist to me but not sure. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! NEVER!!
