Had my Nissan sitting there waiting to be fixed. 7 months The first time .was a hassle to get my car fixed and back to me paid $1800 upfront then after seven months paid the remainder of the 3000 just have to come back after only driving the car less than 100 miles for it to still be broken they then kept the car another four months giving me excuses in the runaround of why it wasn’t fixed properly never offered to give my money back so I could take it somewhere else definitely was not worried about fixing what they inproperly did in the first place. Not to mention they almost had my car sitting there for a year without getting worked on, I have my car back now and it is still messing up thank goodness I have recorded conversations and all documentation. This should be fun.
The folks at A&B has been good to and tried to be straight with me from the start. Folks, it may seem like you’re having your leg pulled but sometimes some parts just isn’t available for fast ordering (backordered) these days due to logistics and in part due to COVID related issues but you can still count on them to get it done as soon as they can get what they need in. Again, they did great for me, it just took time because of the difficulty of finding certain available parts for my transmission that was a problem.
I'm very appreciative of this company. My car broke down a block from their shop. The guys there found a way to push my car into their shop. I had leaked all my transmission fluid out due to a defective fill plug. They refilled my fluids and replaced the fill plug and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. I give this company 5 stars for they saved me the cost of replacing my transmission. Highly recommended!
Really bad experience
I’ll take a Nissan to him. He said he does not work on Nissan transmissions so he ordered one to swap them.(3000) it take him 2 months. when he gave me the car back, say that I need to do a tuneup on the car Because the car was not running right. That was his excuse so we did the tuneup and the car still not running, right so I take the car back to him. And he said yeah you’re right that transmission is not working like it supposed to. I didn’t drive it after I change transmission because it was not enough gasoline on it ???It’s been in there for two months. He keeps saying I be done next week for the last month so we’ll see how that goes..

Most honest and trust worthy place to take your car in the area!! They very knowledgeable also.
Thought I was getting all new parts front to back didn't get them on the outside. Who knows on inside. Was told to show up 3 times and it would be done after a 3 month wait and 1600 up front. after the 3rd time I was told it would be done and leaving empty handed about 4 days later it was finally done.
Had my more than a month had to call multiple times to get through about my car and still currently waiting kinda upsetting
