Just shy of 1700 to replace 2 trl tires. Used tires!They took 9 hours to get to us after quoting us 3 hours max. So long that the payment had to be issued next day by the, then closed (Trl Owners) company. Instead of making sure the driver had a safe place to sleep for the evening with a restroom and some food and water they left him on the side of a pitch black snow covered road. I will never use these folks again. Please think twice before using these folks. This place had atrocious service, sensibility and safety habits. There is a TA/Petro in Sparks NV that I would recommend. Wish I would have seen that sooner.

Called for road side service for a coolant leak, asked for the rates dispatch said 125$ an hour and 75$ service call charge. Guy came out quick I give give him props for that, but after service was done rates charged to 150$ an hour plus 75$ service charge. Tech put in 9 gallons of coolant but charging for 10 gallons, coolant price 25$ a gallon wow! That's the most expensive coolant I ever bought! Regular small clamp cost me 25$. Anyways simple job cost me 650$ with their outrageous rates for parts and truck was only 30 minutes from them. Tried to talk to them about all this rip off, dispatch making excuses says he was sleepy didn't know what he was saying. Tech is being rude just hangs up the phone without explaining. Stay away from these guys their complete rip off they want to rob you when your in a pinch!

Lost a radiator at the top of Donner pass and called them. They had someone there in less than 45 minutes and diagnosed the exact problem. Gave me my options and we decided it was more efficient and inexpensive to fix it on site. They brought a new radiator and coolant in a service truck with a boom on it up from Sacramento and had me up and running again in less than 8 hours from the time I called them. You can't beat that and in this industry down time is a killer!

Yes they are expensive, but it would have cost more to get towed from the summit and then get it fixed at freightliner. And who knows how long it would have taken once they got my truck to the freightliner shop?

These guys are knowledgeable and very efficient. I watched them do it on the side of the road and they knew what they were doing and did an excellent job.

In an emergency roadside situation up on Donner pass, I highly recommend them.

Do not deal with these guys. My truck was put out of service at Truckee, California weigh station. I offered the to send my truck to buy the parts, the reply was no, we will bring them ourselves ... and charged $175 for delivery. Estimated labor for 8 to 10 hours. Worked only 5.5, charged for 10, because "that's how much you owe us" !!! Rude and unprofessional service. Avoid at all cost !!!

I bought a 2009 freightliner M to tow truck in Reno yesterday. I had a heater hose blow out in Truckee on the Donner pass. I found them on Google called them Steve came out he gave me a 40 minute ETA and shoda in about 40 minutes and fixed my truck. Filled it with cool it and got me on my way for a super reasonable price. I called a different mobile repair company before him and they tried to bs Me and say that they were located in Roseville and had to charge from there to there with a $250 service fee on top of that. Honest, and Dependable sometimes you might have to wait but worth it! He has come out to my truck many times over the road/shut down at scales at all hours of night/day when no one else will answer the phone, in any kind of weather. I was shocked to see any negative remarks, he was the first mechanic on this hill back in 78" and during one snow storm I was broke down waiting for parts ( I 80 was closed) He took me to lunch and found me a hotel room, and drove me there, way beyond just getting me back on the road--John, thanks for the many years, ill be looking for you again next trip over the summit.

Very professional and very nice people. They are a bit pricey but on Fourth of July and doing the work they did for us I couldn’t be more thankful. I don’t know what we would of done if you weren’t there for that other truck and my driver didn’t see you. Trust me a fan clutch isn’t always so easy. Apparently, if you are female, you may have a decent experience...like, lunch, hotels and array of other surprises. Unfortunately, I am not female, though maybe my luck would have been better had I told him I identify as one today. This was litterally one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences I've ever had! I now know what A A stands for...Absolute A@*hole! He finally showed an inkling of professionalism as he handed me his bill of $783 for ONE tire, saying.."there ya go sir!" Shouldn't I get a reach around for that price, too?
