Great work at great prices. Fast, friendly, and will not give you the run around on what need to be done to your vehicle. Straight forward from the get go. Definitely recommend.

We usually dealt with Jesse/Simon. Overall, this place staffs are in the same page as far as fast serviced, professional, honest, reasonable and excellent customer service.
Simon and his other worker do decent work. They did scratch my newly redone bumper in order to change a blown taillight which wasn't there before and I didnt appreciate that at all. People's bumpers shouldn't be scratched up in order to change any light.
I have been taking my cars here for years but I’ve always brought husband with me… I took my car in this time to get my AC fixed it had no issues at this point so this time I went by myself they call me an hour later stating I have a cracked radiator, I didn’t realize that if my radiator was cracked my car would have been overheating and like I said I had no overheating issues which leads me to believe they purposely cracked my radiator! obviously I had no choice but to have them fix it, I paid a total of 1600 to get my ac and radiator fixed! This company takes advantage of women! I have had them work on 2 of my cars for years I’ve spent thousands of dollars on them fixing my cars, I thought I could trust this buisness since I’ve been a returning customer… but I guess this business only sees money signs when a woman comes in alone… they have now lost a regular customer and I’m saddened that I know am nervous to take my car in to any mechanic shop
This repair shop and the owner, Simon, came highly recommended to me by two separate friends. My friends and I all live one half hour away from the shop, by the way. I had one issue that was relatively routine and another that required some expert diagnostic work, which came up with some very unexpected conclusions.
While I was waiting, I saw long time customers interacting with Simon, ranging from housewives to racing enthusiasts. All of them seemed to trust him implicitly with their cars.
I tend to be VERY rough on my cars, so when I need a fix, A&A Auto Service is the only place I trust to fix my cars. The prices are very fair and the mechanics are always honest. I don’t know much about cars, so when I go there they always make sure to not only tell me whats going on, but to educate me on the problem as well. They don’t make up “invisible problems” just to make you pay more. If I need multiple things done but am in a tight money situation, they always tell me what I need to get done NOW, and what I can wait to do until next time. I’ve always been nervous and skeptical of mechanics, but they really put my mind at ease.
Had my Yukon towed there after it started smoking. They found the issue right away. Broken motor mount and hose. Jesse was very helpful. Fair prices. Honest. Car was done in 24 hrs. Great service.
