Excellent service. My knuckle was snapped in half and my whole wheel came off of my car. Thanks to my awesome mechanic Zander he got everything done way faster than I expected and the parts were ordered and did not take long to arrive either. He came right out to my residence and fixed my car right where it was parked and at night at that! Lol amazed is not even the word I feel comfortable using. Conversation was great the whole time and I learned a lot about cars while watching him fix mine. I don’t plan on calling anyone else for my car problems this is your guy! Get with him now ????????

Well had a transmission issue that had my car sitting for like a week, made some progress on my own. But of course "roadblock" just didn't have enough tools, called them up and same day he came out filled it up and thankfully that's all was needed. I mean up and running same day which was so dope. Great person and very knowledgeable of his work

I read the excellent reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. At the onset thing went smoothly and I talked to Alex, sent pictures and Vin number and was told the paint would have to be ordered, so I awaited an estimate. The estimate came and it had the amount but it also was an invoice for full payment so I knew I had to call him (because you never pay in full for work that hasn't been done). Also, the tax on the invoice was incorrect because for MD it is 6 percent but the amount on the invoice was more than that. But no problem we could sort that out on the call. I called first thing in the morning because I was anxious to get it done. I told him instead of two areas I would just like to do the hood because the price was more than I anticipated but before I could finish he asked if he could call me back well after an hour and a half I called back because I knew in order to get started he would have to order the paint and there was still the issue of I was not going to pay the whole thing up front. He said he only requires a deposit but we never finished the conversation so when I called back he didn't pick up but texted "I'm with a customer". Well I thought I was a customer too, but I guess not. Towards the end of the day I decided that he was unprofessional and was not someone I wanted to deal with so I shopped around and found what will be my new auto body shop going forward. New Innovations Auto Body. Not only was the owner responsive. He told me to drop off the vehicle the next day and I could pick it up that same evening. Not several days like A2B and they actually had the paint on hand to mix. They did excellent work. I don't know what kind of work Alex may have done but his unprofessional attitude is what made me look elsewhere. I'm so happy with New Innovations Auto Body that I'm actually happy that Alex never returned my call. Pics below are New Innovations Auto Body's excellent work. Below are before and the last two pics after where he repaired the hood that was scraped up which I tried to fix with touch up paint...ouch and made it worst and the rear passenger door with scratches.

Thieves, this business stole $2k from my partner and didnt deliver what he paid for. It has been 3 months and he has yet to receive anything but a headlight from this business. The day he was paid, he conveniently moved to another house the next day!

I had to leave a 4 star review so Google could let me post the pictures.

Highly recommend!! They showed up roadside in a timely manner, beating their ETA. Got my problem resolved in no time and did a oil change on the spot. Couldn't ask for better service!

I called these guys mid-day on a rainy Sunday. They were able to come and fix my car right in my driveway. I just had my battery changed, but the guys who came to service my vehicle were great. They changed my battery in the wet cold rain and we're very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend using their service if you can't get to a shop.

Thieves. I paid this business $2k+ to order parts, in December 2023 & deliver them and work on my car. They only delivered a headlight for a base model vehicle that doesn’t match the premium version of my car.

I decided to not continue do business with them because after his further “analysis”. I needed to pay him A extra $1.6k to order some more parts.

Not an issue but mind you -

I never received ANYTHING but a headlight from the first $2k purchase. REDFLAG. Why pay another $1.6k if I didn’t get what I initially paid for first?

When I asked about delivery of my parts I PAID FOR. All he did was give excuses on why they could not deliver my parts. When I gave him an ultimatum on delivering what I PAID FOR or giving me a refund he blocked me. I have not received or heard anything about what I’ve paid for since January. It’s been 3 MONTHS. He been ducking me for 3 months! This not just gone go away. Ima get my money or what I paid for one way or another. Trust me.

Zander and Clinton are great. They were quickly on the spot and did what they could to help us back on the road. Very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. Surely recommended.
