We recently went to get an emissions test here for our vehicle and then went straight home. When we arrived, the leather seat had a noticeable hole in it. By the time we discovered this, it was too late to go back to the service center because they had just closed. We returned later on to ask about this, so the manager checked the cameras. He claimed that the technician didn’t have anything sharp in his back pocket or in his hand, so he couldn’t have been the one that caused the seat damage. I’m assuming these must be super high-tech cameras for them to spot such minute details. It would be appreciated if the person responsible owned up to his mistake instead of now forcing us to pay for a repair that we didn’t cause. This is a luxury vehicle that we always take extremely good care of. We’ll be glad to take it to a different service center from now on the next time we have to do any emissions testing. Steer clear of this place.
Excellent service. Joe even gave us a head's up that there is a small part that is beginning to rust. There was a steady stream of customers and at the last minute I asked if they could put air in my tires. No problem!
Under the old ownership, this place was fantastic - the service was great and honest. However, under Danbury Auto Group - don't waste your money, because you will waste tons of money for the initial repair and the follow up repair at another garage. We brought my husband's car there last year for brake repair because it was grinding and had to bring it back because it was still grinding and even after that, the noise was still there. We finally brought it to another, fantastic garage that we trust fully and it was fixed properly. So we had to pay for two brake jobs that would have only costed us one had we gone to a different garage in the first place.
I can't say enough for the service and friendly people like Jim was. They are a A-1 place to take your car. You will be very happy and satisfied so try them out.????
This place is a horrible garage. Last year I got my rear brakes done and at that time they replaced the caliper on the wrong side, so I had go back and ended up paying double. Plus they are really slow! Now a year later, I have to replace the rear brakes again. If you cannot do a simple brake job, you should not be in business. Never go to this shop! Note this place has not been A-1 for a while (and was not when I brought my car there) It is now part of Danbury Auto Group.

Visited Joey so that he could run a pre-purchase inspection. Couldn’t have been a better experience, and he even helped me out by fixing the hood latch at no cost. Honest, fair, and a really great person to do business with.
Had my fuel pump replaced for over $1000; less than 2 years later I just had to have it replaced again because they failed to do the simple task of changing the filter along with the pump. Also, the garage that changed it this time charged me about half the price.
