I give the dispatcher of 1/2 star and I give the driver a five-star. The dispatcher Julie was giving out false ETA and jacking up the price of the trip. It got to the point that my 15 minute wait turned to an hour. So I started walking. Took almost over an hour to hear from the driver and I was already at speedway across from Sheetz. The driver called me and picked me up down the road and was very apologetic. The driver was unsure why the dispatcher was giving out bad information. My $5 trip according to the driver which I gave her a good tip cuz she was awesome. The dispatcher told me $15 when all I wanted was to go from Matthews auto to cresthaven ct. I called at 4:45 p.m. on March 5th 2024 and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I look forward to using this cab company in the future but they need a solid dispatcher. If someone tells me 15 to 20 minutes and it becomes an hour that's a serious problem.
They need more drivers and to learn how to prioritize their calls and be more accurate and honest with their time estimates

I have called this cab about 4 times now. The first and second time were very pleasent, a nice lady, on time and resonably priced. However, recently I have talked to and been driven by an old guy, who has been very rude and charged me differently than the other. He has hung up on me multiple times before I could finish my sentence, he was not polite, and seemed like everything he said has an attitude. I will stop calling this cab every time this man answers. He is rude and doesn't deserve my service. Thanks.
This company is absolutely wonderful, no other cab company would give me a ride from cracker barrel to my home but they did and with the winter weather as bad as it is he got me home safe! I recommend them every time and they are always on time!
This taxi company is wonderful. The owner and the drivers go above and beyond for the customers. Dee Thomas is a amazing driver. If there is ever a problem william Scott fixes it immediately. Only company I call now.
