If you need a fast and reliable rebuild go here. My wife's 06 Santa Fe alternator was ready in 24 hrs with a 3 yr warranty.
Very pricy. I needed a water pump and right rear hub replaced and they wanted a couple thousand dollars. Ended up taking my car somewhere else and they did it for a much more reasonable price around $600. I did pay for diagnostics, and that was also a little steep at over $200. Giving 4 stars though because I could tell they knew what they were doing, just expensive.
Thank you everyone for doing such a great job! The communication was awesome. Everything thing that needed repaired was explained in detail. Thanks to Jamie and his crew for everything. I will definitely think of A-1 again should i require electrical work on my vehicle again.

This is a family owned small shop. The owner is a decent person, nice to chat with. They look like they specialize on car electronics.
I used this place to diagnose and repair an electric problem with my car. I knew the problem already and they correctly found that. They offered the lowest price. I changed the alternator there. I later discovered that they used a refurbished alternator instead of a brand new (they invoiced for a new alternator). They have a workshop inside where they fix old alternators. So beware of that.
Secondly, they go over and do a diagnosis without my pre approval, which they charged. The fee was reasonable but it would be nice to get an approval before doing any job.
Thirdly, don't expect to wait your car repair there even for small time intervals. The waiting area is terrible. They smoke constantly. I had to leave my kid outside to talk with the person.
If you would like to use this place, know what you are doing. Negotiate properly and don't expect a bells and whistles you experience in a regular shop.
Have an 01 highlander brought it in on Monday got it back on Tuesday. Had no idea what was wrong with it, replaced 4 coils very reasonably priced. We will definitely come back!
Generations of Honesty. My grandpa trusted this place, my mom trusts the son Kevin that inherited the shop, and so I trust them as well. Honest people, with straightforward time frames, and honest billing. Highly recommended.
