They did excellent work. My car was ready as stated. The staff was very friendly. And best of all, the price was very reasonable. It is AAA approved and if I need work again, I will definitely go there.
I paid $3700 to have my Subaru Sti repaired at A1 Auto Body, at pick up I found that my car was not finished, the body has holes in it, the trunk is leaking paint is chipping off and the body is still crumpled. Speaking with the shop they said for another $500 they will fix it right, no the job should have been correct the first time. I called on 10-16-2020 spoke with the Owner ROSALIE, who rudely told me to take her to court and hung up on me. Stay away from this shop, your car will not be completed correctly. I will post pics below for proof.
I want to give a shout out to A-1! We had a bumper mishap last night, and I called them this morning to find out if they could do an estimate. They had me come in right away, got down and looked at it and said 'oh, this is an easy fix' and fixed it right there on the spot!
What a great experience after an extraordinarily stressful morning. I truly appreciate them and I want to let you all know if you need help with body work, they're definitely worth a call!
I had my toyota yaris front end redone here and I have nothing but good things to say. They did a great job and looks the same — if not better than before my accident. I went somewhere else for a quote at first and then compared that place with a-1 body’s and it was significantly cheaper. I did make the appointment about 4 months out, but understandably so because they are well worth the wait! This family owned business is honest and diligent. After getting my car back I realized that my passenger door was stuck in the lock position. Because of my work hours I wasn't able to come in right away but i was able to go back about a week and a half later. I just dropped by in the morning and with no questions asked by the mechanic, they fixed my side door for no fee. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get body work on their car fixed. Thank you guys so much!!
Family owned and extremely helpful, diligent, and friendly. I will forever get everything I need done here from now on. I have nothing but good things to say about them and their business. If you want someone trustworthy, this is the place. Thank you so much for the work you did! My car looks amazing.
I rear ended a car Thursday, got a estimate the same day, decided this place was the best deal and got my car back by Tuesday ( brought it in Monday ). The workers are pleasant and the man doing the estimate was very helpful and let me know any part of the estimate I deemed unnecessary he would take off. What would have been upwards of $4,000 in repairs, I got done at 1,600. I am more than impressed with the work done by A-1. When I first saw my car I literally gasped. She’s a 2012 civic and so she’s getting old, but she looked brand new when they were finished. I am so happy.
Very friendly and fixed my mirror in a timely manner.
