Best WLM Reviews
The place is a small quaint restaurant. Service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. It was like eating home cooked food. I highly recommend this place for breakfast. I had the blueberry pancakes with bacon and the wife had fried potatoes with sausage gravy with scrambled eggs and a biscuit.
Cute little place! The staff were amazing and the food was great! We had a larger order consisting of +10 different orders first thing in the morning and they were so accommodating! The food was hot and done on time! Definitely gonna go here again with my family! Definitely worth a visit if you have never been!
Great local restaurant with amazing food and good prices. It's a very small town mom and pops shop but I believe you get the best quality and customer service that way.
Prices were good. Food was good, very clean. Place and very polite waitresses a plus
tenderloins are from the 9th Street Cafe in Marion Indiana. we've been wanting to try this place but it was closed a lot during covid. breaded tenderloin was nice and thick with a light crispy breading. five stars. the grilled tenderloin was also thick but a little dry four stars. the buns were good but they disintegrated totally useless about halfway through.
onion rings nice and thick onions five stars. it's really hard to screw up tater tots but they did these were just funky. kind of tasted like raw potato on the inside. maybe they took them straight from the freezer to the fryer. definitely need salt. the funniest part is we ask if they'll put our tenderloins in foil instead of Styrofoam and this time they did both they wrapped the Styrofoam in foil. lose half a point for using styrofoam really need something compostable can't keep doing this styrofoam stuff
Love this place!
If you like homemade food!

Service is GREAT!
Local Mom and Pop restaurant.
Good Home cooking. The ladies running this place know what they are doing. Food is good and plentiful. I got the Hungry man, 3 eggs, 3 bacon, a sausage patty, a slice of ham, hash browns, and toast. You would think that was great but they bring you a starter of a half order of biscuit and gravy. Yes all part of the Hungry Man. $8.75 wow! Very happy servers, make sure your needs are met. This little restaurant is in the middle of a neighborhood. Makes you want to live next door.
A homely environment with great food. The Bucktown skillet is one of my favorites. Our waitress Resa was also very kind.
