She is the best waitress ever. Funny, caring, humorous, and on the ball with everything!
We always come to 99 and leave satisfied, but this time, me my mom and my brother got the worst experience ever today! We ordered 2 fajitas and one buffalo chicken. The two fajitas came very cold and the salad that comes with them is anything but fresh! When I asked the waitress about them, she said she’s gonna replace them, but instead she made them rapidly reheated in the microwave, so now they taste even worse, and now we just arrived home and mom started feeling nauseous!
This is the last time I consider 99 restaurants, done!
I talked to manager Richard over the phone during the week he was very nice and energetic in a good welcoming way. Took my reservation for 30 people but ended up being 20 of us. Richard was great with setting us up in a section. The service was excellent awesome and amazing. We had Dillion who was awesome working alone taking care of this large party we had. Hopefully, Dillon gets noticed about this cause was an awesome night and even helped take a few group photos of us on our guys night out.
First time going ever and we loved it. Food was great, portions were perfect and it was a cool atmosphere.
I had just gotten off a 4 hour flight and decided to take my parents out to 99. We hadn’t been in almost 6 years. Long story short, as we were waiting for our food to be brought out to us I made a joke that had some profanity to it, I guess the waitress overheard and assumed it was about her (it was not even remotely). She then brings my food makes a snide remark and rolls her eyes to me then drops my food infront of me on the table and quickly walks away.
I got up and walked up to her angrily why she did that. She then acts as if she didn’t do anything wrong so I then get even more upset and start swearing. I asked her to bring a manager over. Marcus the manager comes by asks what happened, I then explained and he responded with “well you shouldn’t be swearing” which completely I understand but he doesn’t even bring up what caused this whole interaction to happen. He doesn’t apologize or try to make things right and then as we walked out of the restaurant he decides to stare me and my family down as if we had done something wrong. Very disappointed in what the 99 restaurants are choosing to run their locations.
My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner last night and wanted to give a shout out to our server! I believe his name was Jake and he was the best server we have had in awhile! He was polite, positive, attentive, and just overall a super friendly person! We really enjoyed having him. These days we don't experience that often when dining out so wanted to make it known! Thank you Jake!
I enjoy the 99. The food is always great. You know what to expect because it's a chain. The service is really good at this particular one. And I can't get enough of those Gold fever wings... Atmosphere is okay. Again you know what to expect because it's a chain. All in all, yeah, it's the 99. You either love it or you hate it.
Asked for medium steak tips, some were burnt on outside and raw inside. The broccoli wasn't cooked at all and cold. Just bla. 99 used to be so great. Now it's just a bla tired restaurant.
