Nicole was great as our server and the host also since my wife didn't want to sit on the bar side.it was no problem. Food was good but smaller portions like everywhere. And there was a 'smell ' where we were sitting. Could have had a larger bowl of popcorn for 5 people. Overall, not bad but used to be better
Food was very good and seasoned well. The rice and corn was room temperature and fish was hot.
The food was good but the server was very slow. We went for a quick bite and it took forever. Everytime we needed something it was like she went somewhere else to get it. Normally the service is very good there. We will go back again.
Every time I order DoorDash and get a XL boneless chicken wings they always forget my blue cheese dressing on the side. It is so annoying. I was having a rough day today and I ordered DoorDash and it happened again. No blue cheese on the side of my buffalo boneless wings. Even though I specified it when I was ordering. I have to head to the grocery store to get blue cheese right now because they couldn't remember to put it the box. I honestly really really hate this location of the 99. It's kind of their worst location that I've been to and every time I get a DoorDash order from them they always manage to forget something that I really needed to actually enjoy my food all the way. I will not order from here again and I don't recommend that anyone else does either. It is so simple to put blue cheese dressing on the side of an order especially when an order says blue cheese dressing on the side. Whoever packs these orders is just lazy and honestly ruined my night. Two thumbs down. Do not recommend.
For the price paid the portion was ridiculous. The waitress barely checked on us. Waited forever for our order to be taken. Not impressed at all
I visited this location on 11/11/23 with my parents and grandson, they were having a bake sale fundraiser that all employees made! The Staff were friendly from the moment we walked through the door and although they were extremely busy we only waited about 20 minutes to be seated, the food was good and it arrived at our table fairly fast. We had been traveling for hours when decided to stop for dinner and we truly appreciate the amazing service we received! Lately people have forgotten what kindness and customer service is! Management should be happy to hear this location hasn't forgotten that!
Seated promptly, good atmosphere, server came timely after being seated. Server friendly and attentive. Food quality was good and prices average for the meals we had. Beer was reasonably priced. Overall good experience.
Always good food. Pleasant atmosphere. Good waiter. Will be back.
