Food was hot, rice and beans were good. But the beef in the taco, and the chicken in the enchilada had no flavor whatsoever. I am looking at the reviews. I see this is a problem, and someone says it would be rectified. I hope you do.
It was alright. Last time I went was better. I got chicken flautas, didnt have much flavor but the textures were nice, was a bit dry and needed salt tho. Server was OK, not very good but trying his best. I was inbetween 3 and 4 stars because last time I got the fajitas and they were GOOOOD. Then I got the check back and there was an included 18% tip, which left a sour taste in my mouth.
We were so disappointed. Food was cold, soggy and flavorless. We didn't even bother taking leftovers home. Might give a second chance one day because I have heard good things. Maybe just was an "off" night.
Loved the seating outside. Staff was very friendly. This was not my favorite Mexican food restaurant here in Jacksonville. The flavor was a bit lacking from the salsa to the tacos. We ordered the appretizer guacamole dip. However, it was more like a chopped up salad versus what I am used to growing up in south Texas (border town)

Came for lunch. Fast and friendly. Beer was called. Birria tacos are good
I enjoyed my taco salad. Guacamole was tasty, prepared more chunky than I'm used to. Service was great! Would appreciate a vegan option or two. The "vegan" fajitas come with cheese and sour cream so not vegan. Ate on the patio, good energy. Will definitely return!
Table wasn’t clean when we were seated. Server preoccupied while taking our order. Brought our cheese dip out before chips so it started to cool before we could try it. Who likes Luke warm dip. Not me. Order tacos and 2nd drink. Tacos come. Do we want lime? Yes. Server leaves and helps others, then cleans tables while we look around waiting to eat our tacos. The man at the door noticed and asked if we needed anything. He brought the lime in 30 secs. Still no drinks. Server comes half way through tacos. Ask if we need anything and realized we didn’t have our drinks yet. They were sitting at the bar and had been sitting there waiting for her to notice and bring them to our table. We ask for the check. 18% gratuity added to a check for 2 people who received bad service. Cheese dip not worth $10. Taco birria was dry and tasteless. Taco al pastor was good enough for me to come back but only to the bar. Every time I looked back the bartender seemed to be on her job in a timely manner. If you are going to add the tip yourself please provide service equivalent to it. I paid 18% for 5% service. I usually tip 20%+ but not last night. Service trash!
