If you have never had Korean barbecue or hot pot, you can try both at 818 Heat Hotpot & BBQ! They have so many different items to cook including seafood, meats, noodles, veggies, and more! We like that they have a selection of veggies and seafood you can pick out from their open fridge. They have a sauce station complete with all types of sauces and spices. There’s also a sauce guide to help you create the perfect sauce to pair with hot pot. If you’re celebrating a birthday or special occasion, you can reserve their private karaoke room and sing your heart out. Their staff is pleasant and helpful. Go visit them!

We came there for my daughters 14th birthday! She really wanted hot pot. We got the hot pot and Korean barbecue dinner. The food is amazing! There are so many options in regard to veggies, proteins, noodles, etc. The service is on point and it seems like they genuinely care that you’re having a great time. I am so glad we made the last minute decision to come here. We will be back again often!
It was SOO good! All the food was delicious! The staff were also super nice! I only got hot pot that day but I would definitely come back to try their bbq! Highly recommend!
The restaurant is charming and located on a lake with indoor and outdoor seating, beautiful to sit outside with the cooler weather. I have been to many hot pot locations and this one is the best. Quick and attentive service, good food, and they have a make your own sauce recipe menu! They bring your food but you also have the buffet to take from too. On the menu they also have cooking times which I like. Also love their soup bowls they are artistic!
Service was outstanding! We did korean bbq but they offer hotpot too. The veggy bar was full of traditional korean pickled goodness. Lots of choices. The meat selection was outstanding as they also had seafood (octopus was great) the flavors of the bulgogi was average i even had spicy pork and it was good. I loved the large lettuce leafs for wraps. Overall for $45 with tip i think it was very reasonable these days. Secrete- try the karaoke bar next door.
This place is where I go to pig out, and meditate ???? or celebrate with close ties. The price is so reasonable for Korean food. If you dine at the routine Korean restaurants down in south Florida you will foot the bill for at least twice as much for the amount of food that I eat, or more. I’m a registered piggy and Korean foods are my favorite, being stationed in South Korea just love the culture the people and the foods. This place is also open late for vampires like myself ???? I eat here at least once a week. I enjoy the food and the smiling faces.
Food: everything was fairly tasty, except we got the frozen tofu that was sour. Vegetable selections were not as fresh and robust as other comparable hot pot places.
Service: all the staff were so attentive and accommodating. I had been sat outside in their covered patio area and within minutes the mosquitoes bit my legs up. Because of my allergic reactions to mosquito bites we requested to sit inside as soon as possible. The staff accommodated and also provided me with ointment to stop the swelling and itching
Atmosphere: very small indoor space. Hot pot options are mainly a la cart. Their are some side dishes, noodles, and a sauce bar that you can grab. There is a covered outdoor space. If you are sensitive to bug bites I do not recommend sitting outside.
This my first time here and it was a great experience. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. There was an outdoor seating area if you wanted. The server was very friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and fresh. They also had many food options available. Will definitely come back again.
