Great experience overall and not only do you get supplies but advice as well and all the knowledge you need on the products............. This is what i use to think but now the store has gone down drastically and is no longer a great store to come to ... Been waiting for an hour and no one has opened the doors yet and they have a sign that says 15mins they'll be back.. sigh, very unprofessional and not impressed with the jeep lady that works there. As well as she usally isnt helpful when it comes to inquiring about products. Use to be a great store i enjoyed coming to.. now i dread when my supplies dont come online on time.
Very pleasant experience purchasing product from this company. Excellent customer service; every time I've come in, employees are very friendly and display an eager to help attitude. Very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining use of materials and products sold here. Persistent desire to build a rapport with their customers which has influenced me to recommend my fellow tattoo artist enthusiast to stop by and enjoy this encompassing positive experience for themselves.
The owner of this shop (Joe), knows what time it is. Been looking around for a supply shop locally. Found this spot & Joe is quick to make anyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this supply shop. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Stephanie is patient and kind felt comfortable asking questions. This is a great shop for beginners and old timers. They support whatever you are doing without judgement. They take their time with each customer I have not had 1 bad experience there. Thank you Stephanie for being so awesome. Oh and the ink is great too im not going to say organic but its something like that bottom line it has no metal in it so your tattoos won't bulge out in the sun. Thank you guys.
Such an awesome supply shop! So glad I found this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and owner had taken the time to answer all of my questions and talk to me about all of the products he offered. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back for more supplies!
My first time in was a week or so ago and I was looking for information on the machines they had. I wasn't ready to purchase but after the service that I got I ended up going back to purchase. I'm at the owner and he was very professional and very upfront and that's something that you don't see often. I would recommend coming here for any supplys. or even just questions they're very knowledgeable and they make you feel like you're talking to a friend.
Great place for tattoo supplies in Tucson. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I was amazed when I first walked in, they basically have everything you need and the quality of the equipment is great! Jessica always helps me out when I go in for supplies she is very friendly and helpful and she has great customer service.
Best experience I've had stopping in for tattoo supplies. Owner is very knowledgeable in the industry and has alot of insight of production and manufacturing of his products. Very convenient as shipping costs from online ordering can get pricey, so I'd much rather shop locally. Medical and aftercare supplies are also carried for your new tattoos.
