Honest, consistent, fairly priced, and personable. You don't have to pick. You get all four of those things. Tommy and his guys have kept my last two cars running. As a matter of fact, they are STILL keeping them both running as the guy I sold the old one to kept 75th st on as his go to shop. I have since moved many a neighborhood away and still bring my 2007 Chrysler here for everything it needs.
This shop is a treasure. Although I hadn’t been a customer before and they always seem quite busy, they replaced an about-to-die battery lickety-split for me recently. And especially impressive, they diagnosed and repaired an emergency sudden onset fuel leak basically overnight last week. Honest, trustworthy and friendly. Tommy is salt of the earth and he and his guys not only hustle but know what they’re doing. I don’t need to gratuitously diss local Ford Service, but they on the other hand have no customer service skills, constantly upsell, take forever, charge an arm and a leg, and are just awful to deal with. You just gotta have a great and reliable mechanic/shop and this is THE place!

the bi polar attitude is beyond me, guy wants your kidney in exchange for installing a radiator ???? unprofessional & condescending.
I have used Tommy and his team for years to help keep not only mine but my entire family's cars safely on the road. They are always honest and quick to help/get the job done. I am never upset with the work nor the price. I will continue to make them our family garage as long as they stay open.
Call before you go and ask them what time they can take you in and you won't have to wait long. Courteous and honest. Highly recommend them.
Really enjoy coming here. The owner is a true gentleman. He is down to earth and understands how to speak to customers. He’s a very nice guy, and honestly his staff is very friendly as well. I’ve had good experiences over the past few years with this business and will continue to go there. Also, they seem to charge really fair prices, I’ve never needed them to do something and felt I was being over charged. Would recommend this place to everybody… don’t think twice just go!
I read the reviews and it's true. Tommy and his mechanics are great. Pin pointed the problem right away and had me back on the road in a couple of hours. I will be bringing my cars there for now on. I found my guy.
I live approximately 4 miles away from this shop, and even thought I have 100's of car repair shops in my neighbor (Coney Island) I will not go to any other shop. Tommy the owner and his team of awesome mechanics have never failed me. I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and never ever had to return after any initial repairs on my car. Tommy is a gentleman trustworthy and fair with his prices. He is respectful of his female clients never condescending and always accommodating
He is a gentleman and runs his shop accordingly. Tommy and his crew have been a blessing to me and my extended family. If you are looking for a honest auto repair shop this is your go to shop.
