Walked into the building and asked for a second earlobe piercing. After providing Jerome with the necessary documents (passport/id) we went ahead and picked out the jewelry. Jerome quickly started, keeping everything clean by disinfecting the area and using gloves. He marked the piercing location and let me adjust it three times before I was satisfied with the placement. He then walked me through each step. Once finished, he reviewed the after care instructions for the following 2-4 months. Felt very welcome and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend Jerome at this location!
7 Souls Tattoo is PHENOMENAL! I've been to several tattoo parlors in the area and this is BY FAR the best! The shop is super clean, VERY well organized, and just comfortable to be in!

Del (artist) is FANTASTIC. His attention to detail is above and beyond exponentially! He is calm courteous and supremely accommodating. He takes his time and double checked to make sure the transfer was correct before anything!
Erin (manager) is AWESOME! Fun, down to earth, and a joy to be around. I could only wonder how great it must be to work with her let alone just being a patron.

I got 2 Flash Tattoos designed and tatt'd by Claro on April 27th, 2024. I'd been following his work since he started and I am so glad to finally get 2 pieces from him. I was super interested in the newish modern take of "Fine China Dinnerware." The shop staff was so welcoming and friendly. The paperwork was quick and easy. All the clients around me seemed to be having a good experience as well. Shop was very clean! I stayed till the end of the day (closing) and got to see all the artists tidy up their areas. It was thorough and pristine. This was a stand out quality, given we are still in the panini period (pandemic).
Working with Claro was awesome, start to finish! I never felt rushed, especially with the outline placement. He gave me plenty of time to give it a good look, and make sure I was happy with where it was placed. He even offered to redo it if it needed to be moved, but I trusted his eye cause it's so hard to see from my perspective.
It wasn't my first tattoo but it had been a couple years so I was initially a little nervous. Claro made me feel comfortable by sharing with me whatever he was doing, if he moved on to something else and explained why it was being done etc. He walked me through detailed step by step aftercare (even if I had already had tattoos - there are always new tips and tricks so make sure you pay attention).
I'm so happy with how my tattoos turned out! I didn't realize that Claro's flash selection was extremely limited, aka ONE and DONE, so that was extra special to learn. Once you pick it, no one else can get it. As a blind box girlie who collects vinyl toys, this also was a cool perk.

7 Souls Tattoo & Body Piercing is impeccably clean and everyone who works there is kind and cool AF. Carla is an amazing tattoo artist and made my 1st tattoo a memorable & painless experience. She helped memorialize the most important person in my life with her artistry. I’ll be going back to her in a couple of months for another one on my right arm. I couldn’t be happier with the tattoo, Carla, and the shop.
10/10 recommend this shop for your tattoo. I worked specifically with Sara who from the start helped me design and find the right tattoo idea. Great communication and felt very comfortable in the shop throughout my whole experience over 2 long days. If you’re thinking about a tattoo definitely stop by the shop to talk to Erin or follow the artists on IG to set up a consultation. Will be using 7 Souls again to finish my arm sleeve in the near future.
Ebony is the BEST!! She was so helpful when I was choosing my jewelry, and walked me through the entire process while piercing. She’s got an awesome vibe and is so friendly and patient. 10000% cannot recommend getting pierced by her enough!
My friend and I got spontaneously pierced by Ebony. She was fantastic — absolutely professional, went above and beyond to make sure all details were laid out during the consultation, was transparent about pricing, and made the experience of getting pierced nearly painless. She’s a fantastic artist also, and you can tell she really loves curating piercings with her attention to detail and placement description. Would highly recommend this squeaky clean shop any time! This was my first time at the shop for an ear piercing. Ebony made the experience super easy! She’s lovely! I enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop - it’s beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend!
