I had a flat this morning and this was the closest shop to me. Literally the same day I bought a $60 tire from this place the mechanic I took my car to showed me that the tire I had just bought from these guys needed to be replaced immediately because it was unsafe to drive on, deeply disturbing.
Go to Guadalajara Tires down the street instead of this place for SAFE used tires.
I was recommended by a friend and so far i've been to this place twice for tires. I don't have anything negative to say. Simple work, You pull up, they tell you where to park. They change your tires, you pay, stay out the way, and before you know, you are out the shop. If you decide to go, go early. This place gets lots of customers. Just get in and get out. Yes, I recommend this place for affordable tires. When you go, Pay attention or you will miss the shop entrance.
I have been coming here for 20 years and something has definitely changed. Service is alright when they are NOT busy, but I have witnessed on multiple occasions them changing the price based on the brand of car you drive. The old boss guy in the hat and sunglasses is basically the pinnacle of a judgmental human being and will practically treat you like trash if you pull up in a Honda or Toyota. If you drive a Mercedes, BMW, or better, the whole family will come out, kiss your feet, and probably even give you a discount. Otherwise, us common folk can expect to be charged $5-10 more for the SAME service. I'm guessing it's because he thinks the poor cars won't come back and get new tires from him when the time comes and will probably go with a cheaper alternative, while the rich cars have a higher chance of coming back and getting new tires from him. So he needs to capitalize on the poor cars when they are here, which is truly a shame because this business was built upon years and years of servicing Hondas and Toyotas. Whatever the case may be, just by listening to the condescending way he speaks to his employees, you can tell what kind of person he truly is: selfish, money-hungry, and judgmental. I speak the same language as them so it's even more obvious because when I come in my Honda the boss man basically calls me "dude" and when I come in my wife's Tesla he calls me "boss". If this is how shady it is from the outside looking in, can you imagine what other schemes he potentially has going on behind the scenes? Please listen to some of these other reviews when they say that there is definitely something off and suspicious about this place.
Expensive. I wonder the all Korean doing business like that? Push you to pay first and razing the price? I recommend find another tire shop for changing the tire. Not worth.
I have been going to this business for tires for 15 years. They offer great prices, and when last week, I noticed a small leak on the front tire, I drove over and had both front tires replaced in 20 minutes.
You get what you pay for, if you got time to look around for a better deal go ahead. But if not just come in & get it over with. $100.00 more than what i saw somewhere else. Oh well. As far as Quality there Kumho Tires. Did feel different on my Car good feel. I guess this is a good place to come. & nothing is cheap anymore anyway. So yeah. Takes about 20-30 minutes wait time. They also sell used tires but i went with new. $15.00 to fix a flat.
